Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan Tan Yenny Tanuwijoyo, sebuah Jasa Konsultasi Pajak. Dalam analisis ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan analisis Five Forces. Kedua model ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal perusahaan, serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang dihadapi dalam industri ini. Analisis ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi guna meningkatkan posisi kompetitif perusahaan dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang tepat. Dengan meningkatkan sumber daya dan menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mencapai kesuksesan jangka panjang dalam industri konsultasi pajak. Hasil temuan penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan strategi perusahaan yang berkelanjutan. / This research aims to analyze internal and external factors that affect the performance and competitiveness of Tan Yenny Tanuwijoyo's company, a Tax Consultation Service. In this analysis use two methods namely the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Five Forces analysis. Both models are used to identify the company's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats faced in this industry. This analysis is carried out aimed at providing insights and recommendations to improve the company's competitive position and appropriate business decision making. By increasing resources and adjusting marketing strategies, it is hoped that companies can achieve long-term success in the tax consulting industry. The results of the findings of this study will make an important contribution to the development of a sustainable company strategy.
