Abstract

Kesejahteraan pada karyawan ditempat kerja menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Selain kesejahteraan, perusahaan juga harus memperhatikan kesehatan mental karyawan, jika buruk dapat memiliki dampak pada karyawan. Hal ini juga menjadi salah satu alasan ketidakhadiran karyawan dalam bekerja. Selain itu, terdapat subjective well-being yang memiliki kaitan dengan kebahagiaan. Kebahagiaan merupakan sifat subjektif secara keseluruhan hidup individu. Di dalam tempat kerja kesejahteraan dikenal sebagai kesejahteraan kerja atau workplace well-being. Workplace well-being merupakan hal yang penting karena memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja pada karyawan. Kesejahteraan karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan tempatnya bekerja, kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan, dan stres dalam bekerja. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner berisikan 20 item yang diberikan kepada 22 karyawan PT. Deltakreasi Surya Global. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sensus yang bertolak ukur pada workplace well-being index. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, penelitian ini dinyatakan reliabel dan valid. Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan, Kesehatan Mental, subjective well�being, workplace well-being. / Well-being of employees in the workplace is an important thing to note. In addition to employee’s well-being, companies must also pay attention to the mental health of employees, if it is below the standard it can have an impact on employees. This is also one of the reasons for employee being absent during work. In addition, there is subjective well-being in relation to employee's happiness. Happiness is a subjective trait throughout an individual's life. In the workplace welfare is known as work welfare or workplace well-being. Workplace wellbeing is important because it has an influence on employees' performance in doing their tasks. There are several things influence employee welfare, such as leadership style, work environment, compensation provided by the company, and stress at work. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 20 items which were given to 22 employees of PT.Deltakreasi Surya Global. In addition, this study uses a total sampling or census technique that is measured by workplace well-being index. Based on the results obtained, this study is proved reliable and valid.
