Abstract

Latar Belakang : Di Indonesia, prevalensi Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) belum terkonfirmasi karena kurangnya alat untuk melakukan skrining. Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) adalah alat yang telah tervalidasi, yang banyak digunakan untuk mencatat gejala yang dirasakan oleh setiap wanita, untuk membantu dalam mendiagnosis PMS dan PMDD. Kuesioner Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) ini telah digunakan di berbagai negara dengan berbagai bahasa, namun belum ada dalam bentuk Bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi dan melakukan validasi terhadap kuesioner Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) yang diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Metode : Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode potong lintang (cross-sectional), yang dikategorikan dalam studi deskriptif kategorik. Sampel penelitian adalah 130 wanita, yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, dan dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil diolah dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Uji reliabilitas internal consistency dihitung menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Untuk uji validitas dihitung menggunakan Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. Hasil : Pada uji face validity tidak ada dilakukan perubahan. Dari 130 responden hanya 104 responden yang masuk ke dalam kriteria inklusi. Uji korelasi pearson product moment menunjukkan nilai r hitung > r tabel dan p value <0,001, sehingga seluruh butir pertanyaan pada kuesioner dinyatakan sahih. Uji kehandalan internal consistency menunjukkan hasil Cronbach's Alpha adalah 0.917 sehingga dinyatakan kuesioner handal. Kata kunci : Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST), Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) / Background : In Indonesia, the prevalence of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) has not been confirmed due to the lack of screening tools. Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) is a validated tool, widely used to record the symptoms experienced by every woman, to assist in diagnosing PMS and PMDD. The Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) questionnaire has been used in many countries in various languages, but is not yet available in Indonesian. Aim of study : To adapt and validate the Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) questionnaire that was translated into Indonesian. Methods : This research was conducted using a cross-sectional method, which was categorized as a categorical descriptive study. The research sample was 130 female, using the purposive sampling method. The results of the data obtained will be processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and data analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. Internal consistency reliability test will be calculated using Cronbach's Alpha, while the test-retest will be calculated using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). The validity test will be calculated using Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. Results : There was no change during the face validity test. Out of 130 respondents, only 104 respondents met the inclusion criteria. The Pearson product moment correlation test showed that the r count > r table and the p value <0.001, so that all the questions in the questionnaire were declared valid. The internal consistency reliability test showed that the Cronbach's Alpha result was 0.917 so that the questionnaire was declared reliable.
