Abstract

The process of admitted new students is a critical one in educational institutions that requires efficient and effective management. Currently, the used of Enterprise resource planing (ERP) systems has be come a trends in improving the operational management of educational institutions. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome to optimize ERP implementation in the process of admitted new students. To be able to optimize the process of admitted new students, educational institutions need information that can be used as an aid in the evaluation of ERP applications. One way is to get this information through the mining process. Multipel perspectives can be used as an approach in the mining process to considers different points of views in data analysis. The focuses of this research is to cerry out a multi-perspective analysis of the ongoing new student admissions settlement process regarding the potensial for data integration anomalies between the ERP system. Of course, this ERP system has log data, so the data can be used to carry out the mining process. The stages of this research are collection log data, generating PetriNet, and implementing Multi Perspective with the help of ProM tools So that information can be obtain to optimize the ERP system. The results of the multi-perspective model can be visualized so that the data can be improve in the ERP system. It is hope that this research will provide a better understanding of the process of admitted new students to educational institutions and provide the necessary insights to optimize ERP to improve efficiency, speed, and experience for perspective students. The results of this research are: data discovery mode with 466 transitions and 95 tokens; performance mode with 8 tokens processes; fitness mode with an average of 48.1%; and Precision mode with a value of 56.6%. The process can detect process bottlenecks that may occur So that optimization recommendations can be made to streamline business processes and process Anomaly detection to reduce manual errors and Save time so that the system is more efficient and effective in meeting the needs of all stakeholders.
