Abstract

Kampung Gerendeng Pulo atau dapat disebut Grenpul merupakan salah satu kampung yang merubah image nya yang dulunya kumuh, menjadi asri. Kampung Gerendeng Pulo terletak di Kelurahan Gerendeng, Kecamatan Karawaci, Kota Tangerang. Kampung Gerendeng Pulo, tepatnya RW 09 merupakan salah satu RW yang menjadi program PHBS Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2018. Dengan berubahnya wajah Kampung Gerendeng Pulo, dapat menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat untuk semakin inovatif dari hasil perkebunan, dan menjadikan Kampung Gerendeng Pulo semakin berwarna dan asri. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dijalankan ini berfokus pada usaha food and beverage yang bertujuan untuk mendemontrasikan dan memperkenalkan masakan Provinsi di Sumatra, tepatnya Sumatra Selatan yaitu rujak mie agar masyarakat Kampung Gerendeng Pulo mengenal dan mengetahui salah satu masakan Provinsi di Sumatra dengan bahan yang mudah didapatkan melalui usaha perdangan dan hasil perkebunan seperti timun, tauge, dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang dapat dicari melalui usaha perdagangan seperti mie basah, mie kuning, telur dan gula merah. Target peserta berjumlah 15 orang dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah penelitian evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu ide, dan dapat menjadi motivasi serta inovasi bagi masyarakat Kampung Gerendeng Pulo mencoba masakan khas Provinsi di Sumatra / Kampung Gerendeng Pulo or also known as Grenpul is one of the villages that has changed its image, which used to be slum, to become beautiful. Gerendeng Pulo Village is located in Gerendeng Village, Karawaci District, Tangerang City. Gerendeng Pulo Village, RW 09 to be precise, is one of the RWs that became the Tangerang City PHBS program in 2018. With the changing face of Gerendeng Pulo Village, it can become a forum for the community to be more innovative from plantation products, and make Gerendeng Pulo Village more colorful and beautiful. This Community Service program focuses on the food and beverage business which aims to demonstrate and introduce Provincial cuisine in Sumatra, specifically South Sumatra, namely noodle salad so that the people of Kampung Gerendeng Pulo know and know one of the Provincial dishes in Sumatra with ingredients that are easy to obtain through trade and plantation products such as cucumbers, bean sprouts, and other ingredients that can be sought through trading businesses such as wet noodles, yellow noodles, eggs and brown sugar. The target of participants is fifteen people using the method used in this training is Kirkpatrick's evaluation research. The results of this Community Service activity are expected to become one of the ideas, and can be a motivation and innovation for the people of Gerendeng Pulo Village to try the specialties of the Province in Sumatra.
