v ABSTRAK Yohanes Martinus Supit (01041180159) PERAN SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST TIM KREATIF KIBO CHEESE DALAM AKUN INSTAGRAM @KIBOCHEESE (xiv + 101 halaman: 11 gambar; 10 lampiran) Kata kunci: Branding, Instagram, Kibo Cheese, Komunikasi, Media Sosial Spesialis Perkembangan teknologi saat ini terus mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan sehingga mempengaruhi kemudahan bagi seseorang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kemudahan yang di tawarkan oleh teknologi memberikan perkembangan teknologi terus menerus berkembang dari waktu ke waktu dengan tujuan yang jelas agar dapat digunakan sebagai pelengkap keberagaman jenis dari kegiatan manusia. Media sosial menjadi platform atau situs web yang digunakan untuk berinteraksi, berbagi konten dan terhubung dengan orang lain melalui internet. Media sosial memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuat profil, mengunggah konten dalam bentuk teks, foto, vidio. Fitur ini selain dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan pribadi juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi bisnis ataupun produk, memperluas jaringan sosial hingga perolehan informasi terbaru. Penggunaan ini menyebabkan sosial media termasuk ke dalam New media. Salah satu platform media sosial yang umum digunakan untuk promosi adalah Instagram. Hal tersebut dikarenakan instragram dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek suatu perusahaan, meningkatkan engagement, meningkatkan penjualanan dan dapat meningkatkan reputasi merek. Magang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas instagram PT Seidai Kibo Nusantara. Mempelajari strategi yang digunakan dalam komunikasi branding melalui media sosial instagram resmi PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara dalam menarik konsumen. Mengaplikasikan strategi komunikasi branding PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara terlingkup pada jobdesk brainstorming, take photo and video for content,write caption for product dan KOL listing. Magang dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan mulai dari 22 Agustus 2023 sampai dengan 9 Desember 2023 yang dilakukan secara langsung atau work form office di PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara (Kibo Cheese) beralamat Jl. Cikini, Bintaro Sektor 7, Tangerang Selatan 15223. Pembuatan konten di instagram @kibocheese melalui tiga tahapan yaitu brainstorming, pendiskusian ide, dan pembuatan content plan. Strategi branding yang dilakukan oleh PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara meliputi secara konsisten memilih tema pada tiap postingannya disesuaikan dengan warna produk Kibo Cheese yang akan launching. Melaksanakan kolaborasi bersama Glenca dan Rendi dengan mengusung tema lamaran/pernikahan. Pada saat proses magang, proses komunikasi terjadi pada saat pencarian ide, meeting dan evaluasi, proses pengambilan foto dan video, content planning serta KOL Listing. Bentuk komunikasi yang terjadi adalah komunikasi interpersonal dna komunikasi kelompok kecil. The convenience provided by continuous technological developments from time to time has a goal to complement human activities. Social media is a platform or website that is used to interact, share content and connect with other people via the internet. Social media allows users to create profiles, upload content in the form of text, photos, videos. Apart from being used for personal gain, this feature can also be used as a media for business purposes, expanding social networks and source of information. This function of social media included them as New media. One of the social media platforms commonly used for business is Instagram. Instagram has the ability to increase brand awareness of a company, engagement, sales and improve brand reputation. PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara. The aims of this internship program is to find out PT Seidai Kibo Nusantara's Instagram activities. Studying the branding communication strategies used by PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara in order to gain consumers interest. Applying the branding communication strategy used by PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara on several activities such as brainstorming, the process of video and photo shoot, writing captions and KOL listings. The internship is carried out for 4 months starting from August 22, 2023 to December 9, 2023. Work is done from the office at Jl. Cikini, Bintaro Sektor 7, South Tangerang 15223. Instagram content production of @kibocheese is divided into three stages, including brainstorming, ideas discussion, and making content plans. The branding strategy applied by PT. Seidai Kibo Nusantara are using a specific theme for each instagram feed according to the color of the new Kibo Cheese product. The collaboration between Kibo Cheese and Glenca, Rendi for making proposal reels video. The communication process occurs during brainstorming, meetings and evaluations, the process of taking photos and videos, content planning as well as KOL Listing. The forms of communication that occur are interpersonal communication and small group communication. Reference: 74 (2011-2023)
