Abstract

Era globalisasi yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi dan berkembang semakin maju. Dengan interaksi sosial yang ada secara online, komunitas dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dan muncul. PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa merupakan perusahaan digital agency yang memiliki akun di platform media sosial yaitu instagram @tulisanalam. “Ruang Cerita” merupakan suatu program external relations yang dijalankan oleh PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa untuk menjaga hubungan dengan komunitas. Kegiatan external public relations yang dilakukan oleh PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa setelah dilakukan penelitian ternyata kurang efektif. Penggunaan teori relationship management dalam praktik kerja lapangan ini, menghasilkan ide-ide dan gagasan baru untuk memenuhi tujuan dari kedua belah pihak. Sehingga program kegiatan external public relations yang dibawa oleh pemagang dengan aktivitas baru yang didasari oleh penelitian, berhasil berjalan secara efektif. Pemagang dapat mengatakan bahwa teori relationship management ini berhasil untuk membangun hubungan komunitas dan organisasi dan mendukung kegiatan external public relations. / The era of globalization makes it easier for people to communicate and develop more and more. With social interactions that exist in the online world, communities can easily be found and emerge. PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa is a digital agency company that has accounts on social media platforms, one of their Instagram accounts is @tulisanalam. “Ruang Cerita” is an external relations program run by PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa to maintain relationships with the community. External public relations activities carried out by PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa after conducting research turned out to be less effective. The use of relationship management theory in this field work practice, generates new ideas and ideas to fulfill the goals of both parties. So that the program of external public relations activities carried out by the interns with new activities based on research can run effectively. Interns can say that this relationship management theory is successful for building community and organizational relationships and supporting external public relations activities.
