Abstract

Kampung Pusaka Bersejarah Lengkong Kyai merupakan salah satu kawasan yang menyimpan nilai sejarah dan budaya di dalamnya. Kampung yang terletak berdampingan dengan kawasan pembangunan yang massif BSD City ini dapat mengancam kelestarian nilai-nilai sejarah kampung tersebut. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada kondisi fisik kawasan Kampung Lengong Kyai. Pembangunan berbagai fungsi baru disekitar kawasan mulai menurunkan permeabilitas baik secara visual maupun fisik dari kawasan ini. Kampung Lengkong Kyai cenderung semakin tersembunyi dibalik pembangunan massif di sekitarnya. Hal ini menimbulkan kekuatiran bahwa nilai sejarah dan budaya dapat terlupakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kembali kawasan Lengkong Kyai dengan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan konektivitas sehingga nilai sejarah dan budaya pada kawasan Lengkong Kyai lambat laun semakin tergerus dan terlupakan. Pendekatan arsitektur naratif dan lanskap naratif dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan konektivitas melalui sebuah alur cerita. Proses kajian literatur menemukan bahwa aspek yang mempengaruhi pengalaman dalam arsitektur naratif yaitu message, sebuah narasi yang diceritakan, activity, aktivitas untuk memperingati yang dapat dilakukan sequence, sebuah runtutan peristiwa, representation, sebuah cara untuk menyampaikan narasi dan spatial intelligence, pemahaman yang terbentuk dari sebuah narasi terhadap pengunjung. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi arsitektur naratif dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan konektivitas dan aksesibilitas pada kawasan Lengkong Kyai. Perancangan situs bersejarah kampung Lengkong Kyai melalui pendekatan arsitektur naratif ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan konektivitas dan aksesibilitas kawasan. / Lengkong Kyai Historical Heritage Village is an area that holds historical and cultural values in it. This village, which is located side by side with the massive development area of BSD City, can threaten the preservation of the village's historical values. This certainly has an impact on the physical condition of the Lengong Kyai Village area. The construction of various new functions around the area begins to reduce the permeability both visually and physically of this area. Kampung Lengkong Kyai tends to be increasingly hidden behind the massive development around it. This raises concerns that historical and cultural values may be forgotten. This research aims to redesign the Lengkong Kyai area by increasing accessibility and connectivity so that the historical and cultural values in the Lengkong Kyai area are gradually being eroded and forgotten. Narrative architecture and narrative landscape approaches can be used to increase connectivity through a story line. The process of reviewing the literature found that the aspects that influence experience in narrative architecture are message, a narrative that is told, activity, activities to commemorate that can be carried out in sequences, a sequence of events, representation, a way to convey narrative and spatial intelligence, an understanding that is formed from a narrative to visitors. The results of this study found that narrative architecture strategies can be used to improve connectivity and accessibility in the Lengkong Kyai area. The design of the historical site of Lengkong Kyai village through a narrative architectural approach is expected to increase regional connectivity and accessibility.
