Abstract

Somethinc is a local beauty brand that was founded in May 2019. Somethinc markets their products through digital marketing such as social media, email marketing and websites. Through their official website, Somethinc provides a variety of product options that make it easier for consumers to view and buy their product. To assess the quality of the Somethinc website, an analysis is carried out using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. Webqual is a method that focuses on aspects of usability, information quality and service interaction quality based on user perceptions. The use of the IPA method to identify indicators based on priority so that it can be known which indicators that need improvement. This research was conducted using data from distributing questionnaires and analyzing with Webqual and IPA methods. The results of this study are that there is a gap between perceived user expectations and actual perceptions of the quality of the Somethinc website and the need for improvement of several webqual indicators./ Somethinc merupakan suatu beauty brand lokal yang mulai berdiri pada bulan Mei 2019. Somethinc memasarkan produk-produk mereka melalui digital marketing seperti media sosial, email marketing dan website Melalui website resmi mereka, Somethinc menyediakan berbagai macam opsi produk yang dapat mempermudah konsumen untuk melihat dan membeli produk mereka. Untuk menilai kualitas website Somethinc, dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode Webqual dan Importance Performace Analysis. Webqual merupakan suatu metode yang berfokus pada aspek usability, information quality dan service interaction quality yang berlandasarkan dari persepsi pengguna. Penggunaan metode IPA untuk mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator berdasarkan prioritas sehingga dapat dikethahui indikator mana saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan atau peningkatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari penyebaran kuesioner dan menganalisis dengan metode Webqual dan IPA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan adanya kesenjangan antara persepsi harapan pengguna dengan persepsi aktual pada kualitas website Somethinc dan diperlukannya peningkatan dari beberapa indikator webqual.
