Abstract

Program Pembelajaran Terbuka Jarak Jauh (TJJ) merupakan program Pendidikan yang menawarkan kemudahan belajar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Program TJJ ini bertujuan untuk memperluas dan mempermudah akses pendidikan bagi anak-anak pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) di Sabah yang terkendala dan tidak dapat mengenyam pendidikan melalui Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu maupun Pendidikan Kesetaraan (Ujian Paket). Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK) merupakan sekolah induk bagi kelompok peserta program TJJ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program TJJ di Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Analisis Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode studi evaluasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan instrumen non tes berbentuk kuesioner terbuka, kuesioner ini diberikan kepada seluruh sampel melalui google form. Dalam mengeneralisasi data secara universal dilakukan deskripsi kualitatif yaitu mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasi, menginterpretasikan, dan menyimpulkan. Analisis data menggunakan interpretasi langsung dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil evaluasi program SMA TJJ SIKK berdasarkan evaluasi a) Context, memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan program dengan tujuan yang sejalan visi misi sekolah, namun masih perlu peningkatan agar target program dapat tercapai secara menyeluruh b) Input, perlu perhatian untuk model pembelajaran, biaya dan pendukung yang lain agar lebih baik dan sesuai, c) Process, perlu perbaikan dalam hal teknologi pembelajaran, materi interaktif dan media komunikasi yang digunakan, d) Product, hasil program sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu peningkatan kemampuan dan kesempatan dalam mengakses pendidikan bagi anak-anak PMI. Kata Kunci: Akses Pendidikan, Pembelajaran Daring, Pekerja Migran Indonesia, evaluasi CIPP. / The Distance Open Learning (TJJ) program is an education program that offers ease of learning by utilizing information and communication technology (ICT). This TJJ program aims to expand and facilitate access to education for children of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) in Sabah who are constrained and unable to get education through Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu or Equivalency Education (Package Examination). This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the TJJ Program at Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK) using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) research model. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches with an evaluation study method. Respondents in this research amounted to 113 students. The instrument used used a non-test instrument in the form of an open questionnaire, this questionnaire was given to the entire sample via google form. In generalizing the data universally, qualitative descriptions are carried out, namely collecting, classifying, interpreting, and concluding. Data analysis uses direct interpretation with descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of the SMA TJJ SIKK program based on the evaluation of a) Context, has the ability to implement programs with goals in line with the vision and mission of the school, but still needs improvement so that the program targets can be achieved as a whole b) Input, needs attention to learning models, costs and other supporters to be better and more appropriate, c) Process, needs improvement in terms of learning technology, interactive materials and communication media used, d) Product, the results of the program are in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely increasing the ability and opportunity to access education for PMI children.
