Abstract

Technology is increasingly being used in learning that contributes to many types of media of learning used and one of these is by utilizing digital technology. Grade II students at SDS Dian Harapan Daan Mogot for the 2022/2023 academic year are students who experienced online learning in the previous school year. Many students have to study without assistance, especially in taking tests that are given through digital media, namely Nearpod and almost all students get perfect scores. Based on this observation, this research was also conducted to determine the extent of the influence of Nearpod media on critical thinking, learning interest, and students’ learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires with 25 statement items. The population in this study is 140 students of grade II SDS Dian Harapan while the sample used is 77 students of grade II from three classes. The research results are (1) there is a positive influence between the use of Nearpod on critical thinking with p-value of 0.706, (2) there is a positive influence between the use of Nearpod on learning interest with p-value of 0.458, (3) there is a positive influence between learning interest in learning outcomes with p-value of 0.228, (4) the results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of the effect of Nearpod media on critical thinking is 49.9%, the effect of Nearpod media on learning outcomes is 6.3%, and the effect of Nearpod media on learning interest is 20.9% and the rest are influenced by other variables. / Teknologi makin banyak digunakan di dalam pembelajaran sehingga media pembelajaran yang dipakai bervariasi, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Siswa kelas II di SDS Dian Harapan Daan Mogot tahun ajaran 2022/2023 merupakan siswa yang mengalami pembelajaran daring di tahun ajaran sebelumnya. Tidak sedikit siswa yang harus belajar tanpa pendampingan, khususnya dalam mengerjakan tes yang diberikan melalui media digital, yaitu Nearpod. Hampir keseluruhan siswa mendapatkan nilai sempurna. Berdasarkan pengamatan ini, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh media Nearpod terhadap berpikir kritis, minat belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan 25 butir pernyataan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas II SDS Dian Harapan berjumlah 140 siswa sedangkan sampel berjumlah 77 siswa dari tiga kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh positif antara penggunaan Nearpod terhadap berpikir kritis nilai p-value 0,706, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara penggunaan Nearpod terhadap minat belajar nilai p-value 0,458, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara minat belajar hasil belajar nilai p-value 0,228, (4) hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh media Nearpod terhadap berpikir kritis 49,9%, pengaruh media Nearpod terhadap hasil belajar 6,3%, dan pengaruh media Nearpod terhadap minat belajar 20,9% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.
