Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan aktivitas perparkiran yang dilakukan oleh para pemilik kendaraan, dimana lazimnya pemarkiran kendaraan akan diikuti dengan adanya tiket parkir yang akan digunakan untuk pencatatan durasi dan perhitungan biaya parkir. Penggunaan tiket parkir ini jika tidak dijaga dengan baik bisa hilang dan biasanya akan diikuti dengan denda serta timbulnya limbah kertas dari bekas tiket-tiket ini. Prototype sistem yang dikembangkan ini memudahkan penggunanya mencari lokasi parkir, menyimpan tiket digital di perangkat mereka secara langsung, membantu mengurangi limbah kertas, dan menyediakan berbagai metode pembayaran online seperti e-wallet yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan menggunakan payment gateway seperti Xendit atau Midtrans. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metodologi pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Prototyping dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Setelah prototype sistem dibuat, maka akan dilakukan uji coba usability testing melalui platform Maze. Hasil uji coba mendapatkan hasil Usability Testing Score sebesar 81 menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mudah digunakan oleh para penguji serta terdapat antusiasme dan tingkat kepercayaan tinggi terhadap sistem perparkiran yang telah dirancang./This research focuses on the parking activity of vehicle owners which is commonly recorded using a physical paper parking ticket to track the duration and calculation of the vehicle’s parking fee. A physical parking ticket if not watched correctly can result in the loss of the ticket which is followed by a penalty in some parking space, as well as the amount of paper waste generated from these tickets. The proposed system prototype can help its user to find parking locations, save digital parking ticket on their device, decrease paper waste, and offers users to use various online payment methods such as e-wallets that can be integrated into the system using payment gateways such as Xendit or Midtrans. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative method. The system development methodology uses the Prototyping methodology and the system modeling is done using the Unified Modeling Language. After the system prototype is completed, the researcher then conducts usability testing through the Maze platform. A usability score of 81 shows that the system is easy to use, has high enthusiam and trust from the users towards the proposed system design.
