Abstract

CV.Surya Jaya Security System is one of the security products company, which for the selection of its suppliers there is still no analytical tool that contains parameters and weights of parameter importance that enables the company to choose the right supplier. Supplier selection is only based on the owner's intuition and is subjective. With the increasing demand from the society for security products from year to year and the high competitiveness in business, CV. Surya Jaya Security System needs to manage supplier selection so that it can always provide products that consumers need at the best price, quality and service. The existence of a decision support system using a mathematical model will be very helpful in determining the best supplier. The decision support system is designed using the waterfall method with the C# programming language and Microsoft Access 2016 for its database. This research produces a decision support system using the TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods in determining the best supplier from a number of alternatives with relevant criteria, so that the results are more accurate and objective. / CV.Surya Jaya Security System merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia perangkat keamanan, di mana untuk pemilihan supplier belum ada alat analisis yang memuat parameter dan bobot kepentingan parameter sehingga belum memungkinkan perusahaan dapat memilih supplier dengan tepat. Pemilihan supplier hanya berdasarkan intuisi pemilik dan bersifat subjektif. Dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat dari tahun ke tahun terhadap produk keamanan dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, maka CV. Surya Jaya Security System perlu mengelola pemilihan supplier agar senantiasa dapat menyediakan produk yang dibutuhkan konsumen dengan harga, kualitas dan pelayanan terbaik. Adanya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan model matematis akan sangat membantu dalam menentukan supplier terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman C# dan Microsoft Access 2016 untuk databasenya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS dan ELECTRE dalam menentukan supplier terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria yang relevan, sehingga hasilnya lebih akurat dan objektif.
