Abstract

Television is one of the electronic media that is often found in everyday life. The emergence of the term "Analog switch off" or ASO has made many people look for alternatives that can capture digital broadcasts such as STBs or televisions that can support digital broadcasts for some people who do not want to be bothered by additional devices. However, the number of models, prices, quality and brands of televisions on the market can make some people who do not have a good understanding of technology feel confused and indecisive when faced with many options. Therefore, the aim of this research is to calculate television ratings using the TOPSIS and MOORA method to be taken into consideration and reference for selecting the best television.. The use of these two methods is because they can be used to select the best alternative based on the calculation of different attributes and perform ranking. The results of the study show that both methods produce the same first second, third and seventh ranks rank with the suitability level of the TOPSIS and MOORA methods which reached 99.99% but the TOPSIS method has a slightly higher suitability level than the MOORA method. So it is more recommended to use it in choosing best television./ Televisi merupakan salah satu sarana elektronik yang sering ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Munculnya istilah “Analog switch off” atau ASO membuat banyak masyarakat mencari alternatif yang dapat menangkap siaran digital seperti STB ataupun televisi yang dapat mendukung siaran digital bagi beberapa orang yang tidak ingin direpotkan oleh perangkat tambahan. Namun banyaknya model, harga, kualitas dan merek televisi di pasaran dapat membuat beberapa masyarakat yang tidak memiliki pemahaman cukup baik mengenai teknologi merasa bingung dan bimbang ketika dihadapkan dengan banyak macam opsi Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perhitungan peringkat televisi menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan MOORA untuk menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan referensi pemilihan televisi terbaik. Penggunaan kedua metode ini adalah karena dapat digunakan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik berdasarkan perhitungan atribut yang berbeda dan melakukan perangkingan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode menghasilkan peringkat pertama, kedua, ketiga dan ketujuh yang sama dengan tingkat kesesuaian metode TOPSIS dan MOORA yang mencapai sebesar 99.99 % namun metode TOPSIS memiliki tingkat kesesuaian yang sedikit lebih unggul daripada metode MOORA sehingga lebih disarankan untuk digunakan dalam memilih televisi terbaik.
