Abstract

The average of annual fuel subsidy issued by the government reaches Rp500 trillion. By increasing electric car sales, it is expected to reduce the burden of government fuel subsidies and achieve the net zero emission targets by 2060. However, from January 2022 to September 2022 there were only 3,801 units sold from the factories to dealers. A survey on databoks.katadata.co.id shows that 61% of respondents were not interested in switching to electric-based vehicles. One reason for this is the lack of public information on electric-based vehicle technology. It is hoped that the ranking of electric cars calculated using a method can add public information and become a reference in the selection of electric cars. The calculation will use TOPSIS and MAUT which are techniques from Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). The data used are 102 alternatives and 8 criteria. The results of the study show that there are four alternatives at the same rank, namely A68, A79, A59, and A78. Suitability level of MAUT method is 99.99551200%, while the TOPSIS method is 99.99426957%. Thus, when choosing an electric vehicle based on predetermined criteria, the MAUT method is more likely to be recommended due to its higher value./ Rata-rata subsidi BBM per tahun yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah mencapai Rp500 triliun. Dengan mendorong penjualan mobil listrik diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban subsidi BBM pemerintah dan mencapai target net zero emission pada tahun 2060. Namun penjualan dari pabrik ke diler untuk kendaraan berbasis listrik dari Januari hingga September 2022 hanya ada sebanyak 3801 unit. Berdasarkan survei yang diperoleh dari databoks.katadata.co.id, menunjukkan bahwa 61% responden tidak berminat untuk beralih ke kendaraan berbasis listrik dengan salah satu alasannya adalah kurangnya informasi masyarakat mengenai teknologi pada kendaraan berbasis listrik. Diharapkan dengan adanya peringkat mobil listrik yang dihitung menggunakan sebuah metode dapat menambah informasi masyarakat dan menjadi referensi dalam pemilihan mobil listrik. Perhitungan akan menggunakan TOPSIS dan MAUT yang merupakan teknik dari Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). Data yang digunakan ada sebanyak 102 alternatif dan 8 kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat empat alternatif berada di peringkat yang sama, yaitu A68, A79, A59, dan A78. Metode MAUT menghasilkan nilai tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 99,995511200%, sedangkan metode TOPSIS sebesar 99,99426957%. Dengan begitu metode MAUT lebih disarankan untuk digunakan dalam memilih mobil listrik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan karena memilik nilai yang lebih tinggi.
