Abstract

Since online taxis have entered the public tansport market in Indonesia" conventional taxis have decreased daily income, online taris have more competitive prices, they are more efficient, faster, because use applications. But the law has not been regulated, thus causing problems with conventional taxis that have clear regulations. To answer the sfudy of this problem, the research is conducted using a nonnative juridical approach and the conceptual approach also supported by interviews, the results of this study, that the government has moved quickly in handling problems between conventional taris and onlinetaxis by issuing various Ministerial Regulations. However, law enforcement is still not firm, and is related to business competition between online taxis and conventional ta:ris in terms of the provisions of the law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition not proven. Competitive capabilities of online taxis that make high competitiveness in the market due to access to Big Data and various facilities available. / Seme,qiak taksi online masuk ke pasar angkutan umum di Indonesia, taksi konvensional mengalami banyak penurunan dari sisi pendapatan, taksi online memiliki harga yang lebih kompetitif dao menggunakan aplikasi karena lebih efisien, lebih cepat, tetapi Undang-Undang belum mengatur, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan dengan taksi konvensional yang memiliki peraturan yang jelas. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah ini, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis norrratif dan pendekatan konseptual didukung dengan wawancar4 maka hasil pnelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa pemerintah telah bergerak cepat dalam menangani permasalahan antara taksi konvensional dengan taksi online dengan menerbitkan berbagai Peraturan Menteri. Namun penegakan hukum masih kurang tegas, dan terkait dengan persaingan usaha antara taksi online dengan taksi konvensional ditinjau dari ketentuan peraturan undang-undang no.5 tahun 1999 tentang larangan praktik monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat tidak terbukti. Kemampuan kompetitif dari taksi online yang membuat daya saingnya tinggl pada pasar karena akses ke Big Data dafl berbagai kemudahan-kemudahan yang ada.
