Abstract

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 menyebabkan komunikasi dan interaksi global beralih dari analog ke digital di semua sektor sosial, bisnis dan termasuk sektor pendidikan. Untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar, baik pengajar dan siswa harus menggunakan gawai dan aplikasi sebagai sarana untuk mendukung pembelajaran online. Universitas Pelita Harapan menggunakan Microsoft Teams sebagai aplikasi untuk melakukan pembelajaran online. Microsoft Teams merupakan sebuah aplikasi atau platform yang dimiliki oleh Microsoft yang akan membantu para pengguna dalam berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi, dan melakukan semua aktivitas hanya dari satu tempat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan mahasiswa UPH setelah pandemi terhadap Microsoft Teams dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan TAM. Hal ini dilakukan agar pemanfaatan Microsoft Teams berjalan efektif. Pengukuran dan penilaian model melalui komputasi data pada SmartPLS 3.2 yang berpedoman pada prosedur Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM). Dari penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara variabel Kondisi Fasilitas dengan variabel Kegunaan yang Dirasakan, variabel Kondisi Fasilitas dengan variabel Persepsi kemudahan Penggunaan, variabel Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dengan variabel Kegunaan yang Dirasakan, variabel Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dengan variabel Sikap, variabel Kegunaan yang Dirasakan dengan variabel Sikap, variabel Kegunaan yang Dirasakan dengan variabel Niat Perilaku, variabel Sikap dengan variabel Niat Perilaku, dan variabel Niat Perilaku dengan variabel Penggunaan Nyata./The spread of Covid-19 causes global communication and interaction to shift from analogue to digital in all social, business and including education sectors. To carry out the teaching learning process, both teachers and students must use gadgets and applications as a means to support online learning. Pelita Harapan University uses Microsoft Teams as an application to do online learning. Microsoft Teams is an application or platform owned by Microsoft that will help users communicate, collaborate, and perform all activities from just one place. The research aims to find out the rate of acceptance of UPH students after a pandemic against Microsoft Teams in learning activities using the TAM approach. Measurement and assessment of models through computing data on SmartPLS 3.2 which guides on the procedure Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM). From the research, it was found that there is a significant and positive relationship between the Facilitating Condition variable with the Perceived Usefulness variable, the Facilitating Condition Variable with the Perceived Ease of Use variabel, the Perceived Ease of Use variable with the Perceived Usefulness variable, the Perceived Usefulness variable with the Attitude variable, the Perceived Ease of Use variable with the Attitude variable, the Attitude variable with Behavioral Intention variable, the Perceived Usefulness variable with the Behavioral Intention variable, the Behavioral Intention variable with the Actual Use of Microsoft Teams for learning.
