Abstract

Kinerja adalah pencapaian tugas yang dapat diukur terhadap standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing organisasi. Kinerja bukan berasal dari bakat atau kemampuan pegawai tetapi merupakan hasil dari bakat dan kemampuan itu sendiri. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan diperoleh bahwa masih banyak karyawan yang kinerjanya belum maksimal. Kemudian dilakukan wawancara awal guna mengetahui apa yang menjadi kendala karyawan dalam meningkatkan performanya. Diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimana hal tersebut berdampak kepada kinerja karyawan. Selain daripada itu juga karyawan menyampaikan bahwa sikap pemimpin yang tidak kooperatif menjadi faktor utama lainnya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan direktif, suportif, partisipatif dan orientasi prestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan atau tidak terhadap kepuasan kerja, apakah gaya kepemimpinan direktif, suportif, partisipatif dan orientasi prestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan atau tidak terhadap kinerja karyawan dan apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan atau tidak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT XYZ. Pemimpin yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini adalah manajer dari setiap divisi yang ada pada perusahaan. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 24, dan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 karyawan yang dimana jumlah tersebut sudah mencakup jumlah keseluruhan karyawan yang ada pada perusahaan. Diperoleh hasil penelitian ini ialah gaya kepemimpinan direktif, suportif, partisipatif dan orientasi prestasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kemudian diperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan direktif, suportif, partisipatif dan orientasi prestasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan diperoleh hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, juga disampaikan saran kepada perusahaan implementasi hasil penelitian serta saran kepada peneliti berikutnya agar menganilisis hal yang menjadi keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini / Performance is the achievement of tasks that can be measured against the standards set by each organization. Performance does not come from the talents or abilities of employees but is the result of the talents and abilities themselves. Based on the data obtained from the company, it was found that there were still many employees whose performance was not optimal. Then an initial interview is conducted to find out what the employee's obstacles are in improving their performance. The results obtained show that they do not pay attention to employee job satisfaction, which has an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, employees also said that the attitude of uncooperative leaders was another major factor. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine whether directive, supportive, participative and achievement-oriented leadership styles had a significant effect on job satisfaction, whether directive, supportive, participative and achievement-oriented leadership styles had a significant effect on employee performance or not. Job satisfaction has a significant effect or not on employee performance at PT XYZ. The leader referred to in this study is the manager of each division in the company. Data processing in this study used SPSS 24 software, and with a total of 88 employees, the number of respondents included the total number of employees in the company. The results of this study were that directive, supportive, participative and achievement-oriented leadership styles had a significant effect on job satisfaction, then the results obtained were that directive, supportive, participative and achievement-oriented leadership styles had a significant effect on employee performance and the results obtained were that job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. Then, suggestions are also made to companies implementing research results and suggestions to future researchers to analyze the limitations of this research.
