Abstract

Pelayanan farmasi merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di dalam rumah sakit. Salah satu dari nilai pelayanan farmasi adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan resep atau pelayanan obat. Waktu tunggu memiliki pengaruh besar terutama pada kepuasan pasien dan juga dapat digunakan untuk melihat kinerja farmasi dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap pasien rawat inap. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data secara prospektif yang dilakukan secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan obat rawat inap pada pasien baru di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pelayanan obat rawat inap pada pasien baru di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan resep obat pasien baru di rawat inap dengan pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling yang dilakukan mulai dari lembar permintaan obat masuk sampai obat diterima. Hasil penelitian waktu tunggu pelayanan obat pasien baru rawat inap di Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Tangerang dengan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan obat yaitu 66 menit yang di dalamnya sudah termasuk dengan waktu pengerjaan resep 16 menit dan waktu pengantaran 10 menit, yang di dapat dari 138 jumlah resep. / Pharmacy services are part of the health services in the hospital. One of the values of pharmaceutical services is the waiting time for prescription services or drug services. Waiting time has a major influence, especially on patient satisfaction and can also be used to see pharmacy performance in providing services to inpatients. This type of research is descriptive observational research by collecting data prospectively and directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the average waiting time for inpatient drug services for new patients at X Tangerang Hospital and to determine the factors that influence the waiting time for inpatient drug services for new patients at X Tangerang Hospital. The sample used was a drug prescription for a patient who had just been inpatient with simple random sampling which was carried out starting from the incoming drug request sheet until the drug was received. The results of the research were the waiting time for drug service for new patients admitted to Hospital X, Tangerang Regency, with an average waiting time for drug service, which was 66 minutes, which included 16 minutes for prescription processing time and 10 minutes for delivery time, which was obtained from 138 counts recipe.
