Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan kesahatan. Pelayanan kefarmasian sebagai salah satu unsur pelayanan utama di rumah sakit yang merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem pelayanan rumah sakit yang berorientasi kepada pasien dalam penyediaan obat yang bermutu dan terjangkau. Unit Dose Dispensing (UDD) adalah metode pelayanan farmasi dimana sediaan obat oral dan injeksi pada pasien yang diberikan dalam bentuk dosistunggal untuk waktu tertentu. Kelebihan dari adanya resep UDD adalahterdapat pengecekan obatterlebih dahulu untuk pasien sehingga insiden dispensing eror dapat dihindari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa lama waktu pengerjaan obat UDD di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor lamanya pengerjaan resep UDD. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif untuk memperoleh waktu tunggu penyediaan obat UDD di farmasi rawat inap. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan secara prospektif dengan simple random sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil rata-rata waktu tunggu pada pengerjaan resep UDD di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang adalah 23 menit 28 detik. Dikarenakan waktu pengerjaan resep UDD belum mempunyai KPI waktu tunggu maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat dipertimbangkan dan menjadi usulan untuk standar waktu pengerjaan resep UDD di RS X Tangerang. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunngu adalah kekurangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), banyaknya jumlah item obat, dan permintaan obat ke Gudang Farmasi. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya perbaikan pada sistem distribusi pembelian obat obatan agar mengurangi kekosongan pada obat/A hospital is a service institution engaged in health services. Pharmaceutical services as one of the main service elements in hospitals which are an inseparable part of the patient-oriented hospital service system in providing quality and affordable medicines.Unit Dose Dispensing (UDD) is a pharmaceutical service method in which oral and injectable drug preparations in patients are given in the form of a single dose for a certain time. The advantage of UDD prescriptions is that there is a drug check in advance for patients so that incidents of dispensing errors can be avoided. This study aims to determine how long the UDD drug processing time at Hospital X Tangerang and to determine the factors that take the duration of UDD prescription work. The type of research conducted is a descriptive observational study to obtain the waiting time for the provision of UDD drugs in inpatient pharmacies. Sampling is carried out prospectively with simple random sampling. Based on the research conducted, the average waiting time for UDD prescription work at Hospital X Tangerang was 23 minutes 28 seconds. Because the UDD prescription processing time does not yet have a waiting time KPI, this study was conducted to be considered and become a proposal for UDD prescription processing time standards at RS X Tangerang. Some factors that affect the delay time are lack of Human Resources (HR), the large number of drug items, and the demand for drugs to the Pharmaceutical Warehouse. The suggestion from this study is that there is an improvement in the distribution system of drug purchases in order to reduce vacancies in drug.
