Abstract

Kedisiplinan adalah proses bimbingan yang bertujuan menanamkan pola perilaku dan kebiasaan tertentu untuk meningkatkan kualitas mental dan moral. Kedisiplinan membantu dalam mencapai hal-hal baik seperti tujuan, harapan, dan tanggung jawab siswa yang merupakan persiapan bagi masa dewasa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di salah satu TK di kota Tangerang, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan siswa prasekolah masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulisan paper untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara penekanan peraturan kelas dengan pembentukan kedisiplinan dalam diri siswa prasekolah dan menganalisis langkah- langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru untuk menekankan peraturan di dalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Siswa prasekolah sepenuhnya telah berdosa dan tidak mampu menggunakan kehendak bebasnya untuk memuliakan Allah. Oleh karena itu, siswa membutuhkan guru yang menuntunnya untuk dapat hidup disiplin. Guru tersebut haruslah terlebih dahulu lahir baru dan hidup dalam Kristus sehingga guru dapat membawa siswa hidup berpadanan dengan Kristus serta mempersiapkan mereka melayani-Nya. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penekanan peraturan kelas berhasil melatih kedisiplinan siswa dari 60-79 % menjadi 100%. Kesimpulannya, metode ini dapat digunakan untuk melatih kedisiplinan sejak siswa prasekolah melalui peran guru sebagai penuntun yang memberikan batasan-batasan yang jelas kepada siswa serta mengingatkan kewajiban siswa dengan konsisten di kelas. Saran penelitian antara lain guru perlu konsisten dalam penekanan peraturan dan guru dapat menambahkan crowded breaker untuk menarik kembali perhatian siswa./ Discipline is a guidance process that aims to instill certain patterns of behavior and habits to improve mental and moral quality. Discipline helps in achieving good things such as students' goals, hopes and responsibilities which are preparation for adulthood. Based on the results of observations in one of the kindergartens in the city of Tangerang, it shows that the level of discipline of preschool students is still low. Therefore, the aim of writing the paper is to determine the relationship between emphasizing class rules and the formation of discipline in preschool students and to analyze the steps that can be taken by teachers to emphasize rules in the classroom. The method used in research is descriptive qualitative. Preschool students are completely sinful and incapable of using their free will to glorify God. Therefore, students need teachers who guide them to live a disciplined life. The teacher must first be born again and live in Christ so that the teacher can bring students to live in harmony with Christ and prepare them to serve Him. The research results show that emphasizing class rules succeeded in training student discipline from 60-79% to 100%. In conclusion, this method can be used to train discipline from preschool students through the teacher's role as a guide who provides clear boundaries to students and reminds students of their obligations consistently in class.Research suggestions include that teachers need to be consistent in emphasizing rules and teachers can add crowd breakers to attract students' attention.
