Abstract

Kedisiplinan menjadi hal penting dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Kedisiplinan penting karena membantu menumbuhkan suasana belajar yang positif di mana anak-anak dapat berkonsentrasi pada pelajaran mereka dan sepenuhnya memahami pelajaran yang sedang diajarkan. Pada kenyataannya, masih ada masalah dengan ketidakdisiplinan, terutama dalam hal pengajaran di kelas. Ketidakdisiplinan siswa tersebut seperti siswa berbicara dengan temannya saat guru menjelaskan, tidur pada saat temannya presentasi, dan siswa tidak duduk rapi (pindah-pindah tempat). Penerapan langkah-langkah dan prosedur peraturan adalah solusi untuk mendisiplinkan siswa dalam belajar dan mengatasi masalah ketidakdisiplinan. Peran guru Kristen sangat diperlukan sebagai penuntun dalam membawa siswa untuk memiliki karakter dan sikap taat terhadap peraturan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung dan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab kepada Allah. Tujuan ditulisnya paper ini untuk memaparkan langkah-langkah penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas untuk menumbuhkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan paper ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, penerapan langkah-langkah peraturan prosedur mampu menumbuhkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penulisan paper ini adalah dalam mendisiplinkan siswa guru mengikuti langkah-langkah penerapan peraturan dan prosedur yaitu memberikan peraturan dan prosedur, menyampaikan peraturan kelas secara konsisten, mengingatkan prosedur selama pembelajaran, memberikan reward berupa pujian terhadap sikap positif siswa, dan memberikan konsekuensi terhadap pelanggaran peraturan. Saran yang diberikan penulis yaitu guru dalam mendisiplinkan siswa dalam belajar dapat mengikuti langkah-langkah penerapan peraturan dan prosedur, pada saat penerapan peraturan dan prosedur guru juga harus tegas serta konsisten agar melalui peraturan dan prosedur tersebut siswa terbiasa untuk disiplin dalam belajar./Discipline is important in the classroom learning process. It is important because it helps foster a positive learning atmosphere where children can concentrate on their lessons and fully understand what is being taught. In realitythere are still problems with indiscipline, especially when it comes to classroom teaching. Such student indiscipline includes students talking to their friends when the teacher is explaining, sleeping when their friends are presenting, and students not sitting neatly (moving around). The implementation of regulatory measures and procedures is a solution to discipline students in learning and overcome the problem of indiscipline. The role of the Christian teacher is needed as a guide in bringing students to have the character and attitude of obeying the rules during the learning process and as a form of responsibility to God. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the steps of implementing classroom rules and procedures to foster student learning discipline. The research method used in writing this paper is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, the application of the steps of procedure regulations is able to foster student learning discipline. The conclusion of this paper is that in disciplining students, teachers follow the steps of implementing rules and procedures, namely providing rules and procedures, conveying class rules consistently, reminding procedures during learning, giving rewards in the form of praise for students' positive attitudes, and providing consequences for rule violations. The advice given by the author is that teachers in disciplining students in learning can follow the steps of applying rules and procedures, when applying rules and procedures teachers must also be firm and consistent so that through these rules and procedures students get used to being disciplined in learning.
