Abstract

Salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah karena kedisiplinan. Siswa yang disiplin akan dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan lebih baik sehingga berhasil dalam proses pembelajaran sedangkan siswa yang tidak disiplin akan sulit mengikuti pembelajaran di dalam kelas dengan baik. Guru Kristen di panggil oleh Allah untuk mengerjakan panggilannya sebagai rekan sekerja Allah di dalam menolong setiap siswa menjadi pribadi yang disiplin sehingga semakin serupa Kristus. Sebagai pengelola kelas maka guru perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk dapat mengupayakan kedisiplinan siswa salah satunya dengan penerapan rules and procedures secara konsisten. Melalui penerapan rules and procedures siswa belajar untuk dapat mengontrol perilaku selama proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat berjalan dengan kondusif. Tujuan paper ini yaitu untuk mengkaji penerapan rules and procedures untuk mengupayakan kedisiplinan siswa kelas III SD. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui penelitian yang di lakukan oleh penulis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan rules and procedures dapat Mengupayakan kedisiplinan siswa. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu penerapan rules and procedures harus di terapkan secara konsisten sehingga memperoleh hasil yang maksimal/One of the factors success in the teaching and learning process is due to discipline. Disciplined students will be able to follow the learning better so that they can succeed in the learning process, while undisciplined students will find it difficult to follow the learning in the classroom well. Christian teachers are called by God to fulfill their vocation as God's co-workers in assisting each pupil to become a disciplined person so that they are more like Christ. As a classroom manager, instructors need to apply the correct strategies to improve student discipline, one of which is consistently applying rules and procedures. Through the implementation of rules and procedures, students learn to control their conduct during the learning lprocess so that it can run conducively. The purpose of this paper is to examine the application of rules and procedures to enhance the discipline of grade III students. The methods used is descriptive-qualitative method and literature review. Through the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the application of rules and procedures can enhance student discipline. The advice that the author can give is that the application of rules and procedures must be applied consistently so as to obtain maximum results.
