Abstract

Keaktifan siswa sangat menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran siswa. Kurangnya minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran dan pemikiran siswa yang menganggap pembelajaran tersebut sulit menjadi faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan siswa bersikap pasif di kelas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut guru perlu untuk merancang pembelajaran yang menarik dan melibatkan siswa secara aktif di kelas. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan solusi penerapan strategi PBL dengan perspektif Kristiani untuk memotivasi keaktifan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi Problem Based Learning dengan perspektif Kristiani agar dapat memotivasi keaktifan siswa. Pendidikan Kristen dibangun atas dasar filosofis yang memandang siswa sebagai imago Dei dengan segala keunikannya, hal ini membuat guru Kristen harus merancang pembelajaran aktif sehingga dapat mengembangkan siswa secara holistis dan membawa siswa kepada transformasi yang sejati di dalam Kristus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan strategi PBL dengan perspektif Kristiani dilakukan melalui 5 tahap yaitu mengorientasi, mengorganisasikan, membantu penyelidikan masalah, mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil karya siswa, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah berhasil memotivasi keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran Fisika dengan topik pemuaian. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggunakan topik yang berbeda dengan waktu yang lebih panjang untuk memastikan keefektifan penerapan strategi Problem Based Learning dengan perspektif Kristiani dalam memotivasi keaktifan siswa/Student activeness determines the success of student learning. Students' lack of interest in learning and students' thinking that learning is difficult are factors that can cause students to be passive in class. To overcome these problems, teachers need to design learning that is interesting and involves students actively in the classroom. In this study, the researcher provides a solution to the application of PBL strategies with a Christian perspective to motivate student activeness. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Problem Based Learning strategies with a Christian perspective in order to motivate student activeness. Christian education is built on a philosophical basis that views students as imago Dei with all their uniqueness, this makes Christian teachers have to design active learning so that it can develop students holistically and bring students to true transformation in Christ. The results showed 2 that the application of PBL strategies with a Christian perspective was carried out through 5 stages, namely orienting, organizing, assisting problem investigation, developing and presenting student work, analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process succeeded in motivating student activeness in learning Physics with the topic of expansion. Suggestions for future research are to use different topics with a longer time to ensure the effectiveness of the application of Problem Based Learning strategies with a Christian perspective in motivating student activeness.
