Abstract

Proses pembelajaran merupakan rangkaian interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan sisw dengan tujuan terjadi perubahan pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta didik. Rangkaian proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung akan menunjukkan respons peserta didik, termasuk minat belajar. Minat belajar siswa tidak berjalan lurus atau sama setiap waktu. Sebelum proses pembelajaran berlangsung, hal yang harus dilakukan adalah merancang proses pembelajaran sebaik mungkin. Dalam hal ini guru memiliki peran utama. Sehingga tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah menjabarkan lebih dalam peran seorang Guru Kristen dalam merancang proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan metode penelitian kajian literatur. Berbeda dengan pandangan Neo-Skolatisisme terkait peran guru yang mengabaikan hasrat belajar peserta didik, atau pragmatisime yang tidak mengetahui kebutuhan peserta didik, guru Kristen tidak hanya berhenti membagi pengetahuan kepada anak didik, namun memperhatikan hal-hal yang menjadi kebutuhan mereka, sehingga minat belajar pada peserta didik tidak hilang. Guru merupakan rekan kerja Allah dalam rencana penebusan. Sehingga profesionalitas guru Kristen dalam merancang proses pembelajaran merupakan bentuk rekonsiliasi. Seorang guru Kristen dituntut untuk terus mengembangkan dirinya menjadi pribadi yang tidak hanya menguasai materi, namun memiliki kemampuan berinovasi, kreatif, memahami bidang yang dimiliki, dan melihat kebutuhan anak didiknya. Saran dari penulis adalah untuk mengembangkan lebih dalam tiga kemampuan guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran, yaitu analitik, pengembangan, dan pengukuran. / The learning process is a series of interactions that occur between teachers and students. Learning process has goals that are changing the learner’s knowledge, skills, and attitude. The series of learning processes that take place will show student responses, including learning interest. Student learning interest does not run straight or the same every time. At certain times learning interest will be very good, and at other times learning interest is very low. Therefore, before the learning process takes place, the thing that must be done is to design the learning process. In this case the teacher has the main role. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to elaborate more on the role of a Christian teacher in designing the learning process to increase students' interest in learning using the literature review research method. In contrast to Neo-Scholatism's view of the teacher's role that ignores students' desire to learn, or pragmatism that does not know the needs of students, 2 Christian teachers do not just stop at imparting knowledge to students, but pay attention to what they need, so there is no learning lost in student' learning. Teachers are God's coworkers in the plan of redemption. Therefore, the professionalism of Christian teachers in designing the learning process is a form of reconciliation. A Christian teacher is required to continue to develop himself into a person who not only masters the material, but has the ability to innovate, be creative, understand his field, and see the needs of his students. The author's suggestion is to further develop the three abilities of teachers in designing the learning process,there are nalytics, development, and measurement.
