Abstract

Kesadaran akan keberhargaan diri pada siswa merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Siswa perlu memiliki kesadaran sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah, karena merupakan pemahaman yang esensial untuk pembentukan identitas diri. Siswa yang memahami identitasnya sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah akan percaya diri dalam membangun relasi di sekolah dan percaya diri dalam mengembangkan potensi pada dirinya. Namun, selama praktik mengajar ditemukan masalah kurangnya kesadaran keberhargaan diri pada siswa di mana mereka cenderung tidak mampu menghargai teman sekelasnya dan tidak aktif dalam kelas. Demi mewujudkan kesadaran keberhargaan diri terhadap siswa penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran reflektif untuk mencapai tujuan penulisan yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran akan keberhargaan diri siswa sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu menggunakan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan portofolio yang telah dikumpulkan selama penelitian. Setiap siswa memiliki keberhargaan di hadapan Allah yang diperlengkapi dengan potensi dan keunikan masing-masing. Dalam penelitian ini, terbukti berhasil membangun kesadaran akan keberhargaan diri siswa. Jumlah yang mampu memiliki kesadaran keberhargaan diri meningkat dari 3 menjadi 10 siswa, sedangkan jumlah siswa yang aktif dalam kelas meningkat dari 3 siswa menjadi 7 siswa. Namun, masih banyak kekurangan dalam penelitian ini, sehingga disarankan kepada guru berikutnya untuk meneliti lebih dalam pada faktor internal yang mungkin berpengaruh dalam menentukan nilai diri dengan menggunakan jurnaling untuk mencatat perkembangan siswa selama pembelajaran/A student's sense of self-worth is very important in achieving learning goals. Students need to have an awareness of themselves as the image and likeness of God because this is an essential understanding for self-identity formation. Students who understand their identity as the image and likeness of God will be confident in building relationships at school and confident in developing their potential. However, during classroom practice, there was a problem of lack of self-esteem in students who tended to be unable to respect their classmates and were not active in class. In order to create awareness of self-worth in students, this research uses a reflective learning model to achieve the goal of the writing, which is to increase awareness of the self-worth of students as the image and likeness of God. Each student has value before God, endowed with his or her own potential and uniqueness. In this research, it was shown to be successful in increasing the students' awareness of their self-worth. The number of students who were able to have an awareness of their self-worth increased from 3 to 10, while the number of students who were active in the classroom increased from 3 to 7. However, there are still many shortcomings in this research, so it is recommended for future teachers to explore more deeply the internal factors that may have an influence in determining self-worth by using journaling to record students' progress during learning.
