Abstract

Penelitian ini diadakan untuk melihat pengaruh dari resiliensi terhadap burnout pada karyawan yang menerapkan hustle culture di Jabodetabek. Di masa sekarang ini, dengan adanya konten-konten media sosial, banyak pekerja Gen Z dan Milenial yang terdorong untuk bekerja lebih lagi untuk mendapatkan uang agar dapat memenuhi gaya hidup tertentu hingga terjerat dalam hustle culture yang membuatnya menjadi burnout. Terdapat tiga dimensi dari burnout yang dialami oleh karyawan yaitu dimensi Exhaustion, Depersonalization, dan Personal Accomplishment. Ketika seseorang merasa burnout, penting untuk seseorang memiliki resiliensi. Resiliensi menjadi variabel yang tepat untuk mengatasi burnout karena di dalam keadaan terpuruk, penting untuk dapat kembali bangkit untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dituju. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah 64 karyawan dalam usia 20-40 tahun yang sedang bekerja minimal satu tahun di tempat kerjanya sekarang yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari resiliensi terhadap burnout pada subjek penelitian. / This research is made to see the effect of resilience towards burnout in employees who are practicing hustle culture in Jabodetabek area. In this time, with many contents in social media, a lot of Gen Z and Millennial workers are motivated to do more work to gain fortune to fulfil a certain lifestyle that leads to burnout. There are three dimensions in burnout such as Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Personal Accomplishment. When someone is experiencing burnout, it is important to have resilience. Resilience is the right variable to counter burnout because when someone is at rock bottom, it is important to bounce back from the condition and focus on their goal. The participants for this research are in total of 64 employees in their 20-40s who are currently working for the minimum of 1 year in their current company in Jabodetabek area. This research shows with simple linear regression test, that there is a significant effect from resilience towards burnout in said subjects.
