Abstract

Perilaku prososial adalah bentuk perilaku yang bersifat sukarela dan memiliki tujuan agar dapat berdampak positif dan membantu orang lain. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku prososial adalah religiositas. Religiositas merupakan suatu sistem yang kompleks dan komperehensif dari keyakinan, kepercayaan, dan sikap-sikap serta upacara-upacara yang menghubungkan individu dengan suatu keberadaan yang bersifat ketuhanan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari religiositas terhadap perilaku prososial sukarelawan Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi di Jabodetabek. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian regresi linear sederhana dan berganda terhadap 32 partisipan sukarelawan aktif Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi yang tersebar di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Prosocial Tendencies Measure (PTM) untuk mengukur variabel perilaku prososial dan Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) untuk mengukur variabel religiositas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu religiositas memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 12.6% (p<.05) terhadap perilaku prososial pada sukarelawan. Kemudian, penulis juga menemukan bahwa dimensi private practice dan ideology yang memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku prososial. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, bagi Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi agar dapat membuat program yang dapat meningkatkan religiositas sukarelawan / Prosocial behavior is a form of behavior that is voluntary and has the aim of having a positive impact and helping other people. One of the factors that influences prosocial behavior is religiosity. Religiosity is a complex and comprehensive system of beliefs, attitudes and ceremonies that connect individuals with a divine existence. This study aims to see whether there is a significant influence of religiosity on the prosocial behavior of Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation volunteers in Jabodetabek. The research was conducted quantitatively with a simple and multiple linear regression research design on 32 active volunteer participants from the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation spread across Jabodetabek. This research uses the Prosocial Tendencies Measure (PTM) to measure prosocial behavior variables and the Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) to measure religiosity variables. The research results obtained were that religiosity had a significant influence of 12.6% (p<.05) on prosocial behavior in volunteers. Then, the author also found that the dimensions of private practice and ideology had the most significant influence on the prosocial behavior variable. Suggestions for further research are for the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation to create programs that can increase the religiosity of volunteers.
