Abstract
Pengalaman peserta program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) dalam menjalankan kegiatan magang membuatnya membutuhkan dukungan perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dalam dunia kerja agar dapat menjalankan kegiatan magang tersebut dengan baik. Dukungan dari perusahaan yang dikenal dengan istilah Perceived Organizational Support (POS) ini berdampak positif bagi resiliensi peserta program MSIB yang membantunya beradaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana POS memengaruhi resiliensi peserta program MSIB. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana untuk melihat pengaruh POS terhadap resiliensi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 135 partisipan yang mengisi Survey of Perceived Organizational Support dan Resilience at Work Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS memiliki pengaruh terhadap resiliensi peserta program MSIB. Penelitian ini menyajikan penjelasan terkait dinamika pengaruh dan keterkaitan kedua variabel./The internship experience of Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) interns in carrying our internship activities means that they need organization support to adapt to the professional world to do well. This kind of support known as Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and has a positive impact on the resilience of MSIB’s interns which helps them adapt. The aim of this research is to see the extent to which POS influences the resilience of MSIB’s interns. This research uses a simple linear regression test to see the effect of POS on resilience and involving 135 participants who filled out the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support and Resilience at Work Scale. The results show that POS has an influence on the interns’ resilience. This research also presents an explanation regarding the dynamics of incluence and the relationship between both variables.
