Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi menempati posisi penting di dalam perkembangan zaman yang majemuk dan dinamis ini. Keterampilan kolaborasi pada hakikatnya menekankan pada kemampuan seseorang dalam berinteraksi dan bekerja sama dengan penuh toleransi melalui suatu proses berbagi sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Keterampilan kolaborasi juga tidak terlepas dari kekristenan karena keterampilan ini merupakan warisan Allah Tritunggal yang cinta berelasi sehingga sudah sepatut untuk diwujud sertakan oleh manusia. Sayangnya, pada salah satu SMA di Bogor masih didapati masalah di dalam keterampilan kolaborasi siswa seperti siswa masih pasif dalam diskusi, belum mampu menunjukkan perilaku yang mengindikasikan ketergantungan positif dengan lingkungannya, enggan berdiskusi dan memilih bekerja secara individu, serta membebankan tugas kelompok kepada siswa lainnya. Menyoroti hal ini, guru perlu mengambil peran dalam menyajikan pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Salah satunya ialah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI). Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Acceleretad Instruction (TAI) dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada materi geometri ruang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, RPP, dan refleksi pengajaran. Selama penerapan delapan langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) khususnya pada langkah team study, terlihat keterampilan kolaborasi siswa meningkat sebesar 42,27%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pola perilaku yang siswa tunjukkan seperti lebih berani di dalam menyampaikan pendapatnya selama diskusi, meningkatnya intensitas interaksi dan komunikasi siswa, serta mengembangkan ketergantungan posistif antar siswa. Saran bagi peneliti berikutnya terkait penerapan tipe pembelajaran ini ialah, peneliti perlu memperhatikan kembali desain penugasan yang diberikan serta instrumen penelitian yang hendak digunakan dalam menghimpun data. / Collaboration skills occupy an important position in the development of this plural and dynamic era. Collaboration skills essentially emphasize a person's ability to interact and work together with tolerance through the process of sharing resources to achieve common goals. Collaboration skills cannot be separated from Christianity because this skill is a legacy of the Triune God who loves relationships and so it should be realized by humans. Unfortunately, at one high school in Bogor there are still problems with students' collaboration abilities, such as students still being passive in discussions, unable to show behavior that indicates positive dependence on the environment, reluctant to discuss and choosing to work individually, and assigning group assignments to other students. Highlighting this, teachers need to take a role in presenting learning that is able to encourage students' collaboration abilities. One of them is through the application of the Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) type cooperative learning model. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe the application of the Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) type cooperative learning model in developing students' collaboration skills on spatial geometry material. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where data is collected through observation sheets, lesson plans and teaching reflections. During the implementation of the eight steps of the Team Accelerated Teaching (TAI) type cooperative learning model, especially in the team learning steps, students' collaboration skills increased by 42.27%. This can be seen from the behavioral patterns shown by students, such as being bolder in expressing opinions during discussions, increasing the intensity of student interaction and communication, and developing positive dependency between students. Suggestions for future researchers regarding the application of this type of learning are that researchers need to pay more attention to the design of the tasks given and the research instruments that will be used in data collection.
