Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan mempengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa di Tangerang dalam berwirausaha. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 dari daerah Tangerang yang telah mendapatkan mata kuliah terkait kewirausahaan dan telah berkuliah lebih dari 1 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik judgment sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.5 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola pikir kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan pola pikir kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kewirausahaan yang dimediasi oleh pengetahuan kewirausahaan. / This study aims to find out whether entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset influence the readiness of students in Tangerang to engage in entrepreneurship. The subjects of this study are 150 respondents who are undergraduate students from the Tangerang area, having taken entrepreneurship-related courses and studied for more than 1 year. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample taken using judgment sampling techniques. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0.9.5 The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial knowledge. Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial mindset. Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness, mediated by entrepreneurial knowledge
