Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Keterampilan kolaborasi tidak hanya dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga dalam dunia kerja. Guru dituntut mampu memenuhi kebutuhan siswa melalui pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Manusia sebagai citra Allah harus bersosialisasi sebagaimana Allah Tritunggal berelasi. Akibat kejatuhan dalam dosa, manusia cenderung menonjolkan diri sehingga merusak relasi satu sama lain. Filosofi humanisme menempatkan manusia berada di atas Allah. Guru Kristen berperan menuntun siswa ke jalan penuh hikmat Allah melalui tuntunan Roh Kudus sehingga relasi yang terjalin sesuai kehendak Allah. Etika Kristen harus menjadi standar karena menekankan nilai moral dari Allah. Tujuan penulisan paper ini adalah menganalisis desain Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dalam memfasilitasi keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang meliputi lima fokus kajian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa RPP yang didesain secara rinci dan berisi kegiatan kolaboratif mampu memfasilitasi keterampilan kolaborasi siswa melalui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran. Hal ini dinilai dari hasil penilaian rekan sejawat terkait keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah menanyakan pengalaman kolaborasi siswa dalam setiap kelompok secara lisan dan menanyakan masukan siswa terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran kolaboratif./Collaboration skills are one of the skills that students must have in facing the challenges of the 21st century. Collaboration skills are not only needed in the learning process, but also in the working world. Teachers are required to be able to meet students’s need through the implementing quality learning. Man as the image of God must socialize as the triune God relates. As a result of the fall, people tend to keep a low profile, thus damaging their relationships with each other. The philosophy of humanism places man above God. Christian teachers have the role of leading students to the path of God's wisdom through the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that relationships are established in accordance with God's will. Christian ethics should be the standard because it emphasizes the moral value of God. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the design of the lesson plan in facilitating student collaboration skills. The method used is a descriptive qualitative 2 method which includes five focus studies. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that lesson plan that is designed in detail and contains collaborative activities is able to facilitate student collaboration skills through teacher pedagogic competence in the implementation of learning. This is assessed from the results of peer assessments related to student collaboration skills. Suggestions that can be given are asking for students' collaboration experiences in each group verbally and asking for student input regarding the implementation of collaborative learning.
