Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak faktor individual dan faktor lingkungan secara langsung terhadap kinerja UMKM di Jakarta, serta dampak tidak langsung melalui perilaku kewirausahaan. Sebanyak 190 responden UMKM yang telah menerapkan digitalisasi di Jakarta menjadi subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0.9.6. Penelitian melibatkan uji model pengukuran, model struktural, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap faktor individual. Faktor individual dan faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Faktor individual dan faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Faktor individual dan faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dimediasi oleh perilaku kewirausahaan./ This study aims to analyze the direct impact of individual and environmental factors on the performance of MSMEs in Jakarta, as well as the indirect impact through entrepreneurial behavior. A total of 190 respondents from digitally adopted MSMEs in Jakarta were the subjects of the research. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive design and purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM through the SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 application. The study involved testing measurement models, structural models, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that environmental factors have a positive and significant impact on individual factors. Individual and environmental factors have a positive and significant impact on firm performance. Individual and environmental factors have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial behavior. Individual and environmental factors have a positive and significant impact on firm performance mediated by entrepreneurial behavior.
