Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatik yang menggunakan 202 data sampel yang diperoleh dari 68 perusahaan manufaktur yang telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan, yang dimana pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data tersebut diperhitungkan dan diolah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan software Statistical Product and Service Solution ver. 26. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis dan menggunakan metode model regresi linier berganda untuk penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini variabel dependen nilai perusahaan menggunakan rumus Price to Book Value (PBV), variabel independen profitabilitas menggunakan rumus Return on Asset (ROA), good corporate governance menggunakan rumus Dewan Komisaris Independen (DKI). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. / This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and good corporate governance on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research uses a quantitative method which uses 202 sample data obtained from 68 manufacturing companies that have met the specified criteria, where the sample selection uses a purposive sampling technique. The data is calculated and processed using Microsoft Excel software and Statistical Product and Service Solution software ver. 26. This research uses the classic assumption test before testing the hypothesis and uses the multiple linear regression model method for this research. In this research, the dependent variable of company value uses the Price to Book Value (PBV) formula, the independent variable of profitability uses the Return on Assets (ROA) formula, good corporate governance uses the Independent Board of Commissioners (DKI) formula. This research shows the results that profitability has a positive effect on company value, while good corporate governance does not have a significant effect on company value.
