Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stenosis koroner merupakan penyebab utama dari penyakit jantung koroner, yang dimana merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi kedua di Indonesia setelah stroke. Penegakan diagnosis stenosis koroner dapat dilakukan menggunakan CT scan dan kateterisasi jantung. Keduanya dapat menentukan lokasi penyempitan, maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbandingan sensitivitas antara CT scan dan kateterisasi jantung. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan sensitivitas CT scan dan kateterisasi jantung pada stenosis korner akibat plak kalsifikasi. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi desain potong lintang lintang dengan kriteria inklusi pasien Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village dengan stenosis koroner dengan tindakan kateterisasi jantung dan CT scan. Sampel diambil melalui data rekam medis pasien. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan analisis Chi – Square menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil: Sebanyak 51 data rekam medis pasien yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan kalsifikasi signifikan dan non-signifikan dan berbagai derajat stenosis yaitu ringan hingga berat. Dari data-data tersebut didapatkan sensitivitas CT scan sebesar 60,9%. / Background: Coronary stenosis is the main cause of coronary heart disease, which is the second highest cause of death in Indonesia after stroke. The diagnosis of coronary stenosis can be made using a CT scan and cardiac catheterization. Both can determine the location of the narrowing, therefore this study was conducted to see a comparison of the sensitivity between CT scans and cardiac catheterization. Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the comparison of the sensitivity of CT scan and cardiac catheterization in coronary stenosis due to calcified plaque. Method: Cross sectional study is chosen as the method used in this research with the inclusion criteria Siloam Lippo Village Hospital patient with coronary stenosis with cardiac catheterization and CT scan. Samples were taken from the patient's medical record data. . The result of this research would be processed under the Chi – Square analytic method using the program of IMB SPSS 25.0 version. Result: A total of 51 patient medical records were used in this study, with significant and non-significant calcified plaque and various degrees of stenosis, namely mild to severe. From these data, it was found that the sensitivity of CT scans is 60,9%.
