Abstract

ABSTRAK Davina Maritza Putri D (01071200137) PERBANDINGAN OBAT STIMULASI OVARIUM DAN JUMLAH FOLIKEL DOMINAN DENGAN KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM KEHAMILAN INSEMINASI INTRA UTERIN DI SILOAM FERTILITY CLINIC TAHUN 2020-2022 Latar Belakang : Infertilitas merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi beberapa pasangan suami istri. Untuk itu, inseminasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk pasangan suami istri untuk memiliki anak dengan cara memasukkan sperma sang suami ke dalam rahim untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya pembuahan. Akan tetapi, ada kriteria-kriteria tertentu dari ovum yang dapat meningkatkan kesempatan terjadinya pembuahan. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa saja kriteria-kriteria tersebut dengan memfokuskan pada obat stimulasi ovulasi dan jumlah folikel dominan. Tujuan : 1. Untuk mengetahui apakah jumlah folikel dominan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan kehamilan melalui program IUI. 2. Untuk mengetahui jenis obat stimulant mana yang lebih baik dalam mencapai keberhasilan kehamilan melalui Inseminasi Intrauterin (IUI). Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Kata Kunci : Inseminasi, folikel dominan, angka keberhasilan kehamilan / ABSTRACT Davina Maritza Putri D (01071200137) THE COMPARISON OF OVARIAN STIMULATION DRUG AND NUMBER OF DOMINANT FOLLICLE WITH THE SUCCESS RATE OF INTRA UTERINE INSEMINATION PREGNANCY PROGRAM AT SILOAM FERTILITY CLINIC IN 2020-2022 Background: Infertility is one of the problems faced by some married couples. For this reason, insemination is a way for married couples to have children by inserting the husband’s sperm into the uterus to increase the chances of fertilization. However, there are certain criteria of the ovum that can increase the chances of fertilization. So, this research was conducted to find out what these criteria were by focusing on ovulation stimulating drugs and the number of dominant follicles. Objectives: 1. To find out whether the number of dominant follicles affects the success rate of pregnancy through the IUI program. 2. To find out which type of stimulant drug is better in achieving successful pregnancy through Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). Method: This research is conducted using descriptive analytic methods.
