Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif bukan satu-satunya indikator dari keberhasilan pendidikan, terdapat keterampilan dan sikap sebagai indikator yang juga penting dalam menilai keberhasilan pendidikan. Salah satu keterampilan 4C atau keterampilan abad ke-21 yang penting dan harus dikuasai siswa ialah kolaborasi. Namun, temuan penulis ketika pelaksanaan Praktik Pengalaman Mengajar (PPL) 2 pada salah satu sekolah Kristen di Tangerang Selatan menunjukkan siswa kelas XII belum menguasai keterampilan kolaborasi. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui proses pengerjaan tugas secara berkelompok yang kurang maksimal. Penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) menjadi solusi yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui permainan dan pertandingan yang dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Tulisan ilmiah ini melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, bertujuan memaparkan bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas XII. Model TGT dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa melalui tahapan diskusi, permainan, dan pertandingan yang dikonfirmasi dengan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar sekitar 5%, rata-ratanya lebih tinggi dari angka 73 ke 78. Selain meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa, penerapan model ini berhasil meningkatnya semangat belajar siswa. Keberhasilan tersebut merupakan buah dari kepemimpinan guru Kristen yang diaplikasikan dengan baik sehingga menciptakan kolaborasi efektif antara guru-siswa maupun siswa-siswa untuk mencapai tujuan Allah dalam pembelajaran./Cognitive ability is not the only indicator of educational success, there are skills and attitudes as indicators that are also important in assessing educational success. One of the 4Cs or 21st-century skills that students must master is collaboration. However, the author's findings during the implementation of Teaching Experience Practice (PPL) 2 at one of the Christian schools in South Tangerang showed that grade XII students had not mastered collaboration skills. This is shown through the process of working on tasks in groups that are less than optimal. The application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is a solution that can overcome these problems through games and matches that can foster collaboration skills and create a fun learning atmosphere. This scientific paper through a qualitative descriptive method, aims to explain how to apply the Team Games Tournament learning model to improve the collaboration skills of grade XII 2 students. The TGT model can improve students' collaboration skills through discussions, games, and matches which are confirmed with an increase in learning outcomes of around 5%, on average higher than the numbers 73 to 78. In addition to improving students' collaboration skills, the application of this model has succeeded in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning. This success is the fruit of Christian teacher leadership that is applied well to create effective collaboration between teacher and students to achieve God's purpose in learning.
