Abstract

Keaktifan belajaran siswa adalah salah satu unsur penting dalam kelas. Keaktifan belajar siswa salah satu penentu tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari dituliskannya paper ini agar pembaca dapat mengatahui bagaimana penerapan metode pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division sebagai upaya meningkatkan keaktifan anak dalam belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yag dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian deskptif, dimana peneliti melakukan observasi dan analisis secara langsung serta melakukan interaksi melalui pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Guru perlu membuat pembelajaran yang bisa meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan tetap melihat keunikan siswa dan perbedaan sebagai Image of God. Melihat kurang aktifnya siswa di kelas maka guru membentuk metode pembalajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) agar siswa dapat lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran ini, terlihat bahwa kurang lebih 60% siswa yang tadinya tidur dan asik bertukar cerita menjadi lebih antusias dalam berdiskusi baik dengan guru maupun teman kelompok untuk membahas materi yang diberikan. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah peneliti dapat menerapkan metode pembelajaran dengan tipe yang berbeda untuk melihat metode apa yang efisien di terapkan dalam mengatasi keaktifan belajar siswa di dalam kelas./Student learning activity is one of the important elements in the classroom. Student learning activity is one of the determinants of whether or not learning objectives are achieved. The purpose of writing this paper is so that readers can understand how to apply the Student Teams Achievement Division learning method as an effort to increase children's activeness in student learning. The research method carried out by researchers is descriptive research, where researchers carry out direct observation and analysis and interact through classroom learning. Teachers need to create learning that can increase student activity and still see students' uniqueness and differences as the Image of God. Seeing that students were less active in class; the teacher formed the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning method so that students could be more active in learning. By implementing this learning method, approximately 60% of students who previouusly slept andd were busy exchanging stories became more enthusiastic in discussing both with the teacher and their group friends to discuss the material provided. The suggestion for further research is that researchers can apply different types of learning methods to see what methods are used efficiently in dealing with students' active learning in the classroom.
