Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksana dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan yang di mediasi oleh kebijakan dividen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari 43 perusahaan yang berada di Indonesia yang termasuk dalam kategori industri Industrials pada S&P Capital IQ selama periode 2018-2022. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling method. Leverage dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan debt to equity ratio, likuiditas diukur menggunakan proksi current ratio, profitabilitas diukur menggunakan proksi return on asset, nilai perusahaan menggunakan proksi price to book value, dan kebijakan dividen diukur dengan proksi dividend payout ratio.Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan profitabilitas dan leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa kebijakan tidak dapat memediasi leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. / This research aims to examine the effect of leverage, liquidity and profitability on company value which is mediated by dividend policy. The research was conducted using secondary data from 43 companies in Indonesia which are included in the Industrials industry category on S&P Capital IQ during the 2018-2022 period. The sample collection technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. Leverage in this study is measured by the debt to equity ratio, liquidity is measured using the current ratio proxy, profitability is measured using the return on assets proxy, company value uses the price to book value proxy, and dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio proxy. This research found that liquidity has no influence on dividend policy, while profitability and leverage have an influence on dividend policy. In this research it was also found that policy is not able to mediate leverage, liquidity and profitability on company value.
