Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi sering dijumpai kendala-kendala pelaksanaan ketika di lapangan, baik itu kendala yang bersifat teknis maupun non teknis. Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Pembangunan di kawasan Green Office Park yang dimiliki oleh PT. XYZ ini memberikan kepercayaan kepada salah satu kontraktor terkemuka di Indonesia dan dibantu dengan kontraktor spesialis lainnya. Selama pembangunan beberapa gedung di kawasan ini, cukup sering terjadi permasalahan kualitas pekerjaan dan kurang lebih memiliki permasalahan yang mirip dalam setiap pembangunan di kawasan ini. Misalnya dalam hal pengecoran, bentuk dari setiap gedung yang berada di kawasan ini memiliki bentuk yang melengkung dan sering kali perimeter yang dihasilkan (end of slab) tidak sesuai sehingga diperlukan usaha perbaikan dengan melakukan bobokan dan hal tersebut berakibat terhadap waktu dan biaya proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko kualitas pekerjaan kontraktor, serta mengetahui analisis faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja kontraktor, faktor risiko yang paling dominan dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan sehingga kinerja pekerjaan kontraktor maksimal di lingkungan perusahaan PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dikaji berdasarkan dari berbagai sumber literatur terutama literatur mengenai manajamen risiko dan manajemen kualitas pencapaian hasil dari pelaksanaan konstruksi. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 faktor risiko kualitas, 36 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi serta dengan pendekatan kajian statistik diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 5 faktor risiko kualitas yang mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor di perusahaan XYZ yaitu faktor penerapan manajemen mutu, faktor desain tidak dapat dilaksanakan, faktor kompetensi keahlian personil dalam manajemen konstruksi, faktor ketersediaan peralatan, bahan dan modal kerja dan faktor kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Terdapat 5 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kontraktor dengan nilai 0.857. Artinya 85,7% dari 5 variabel bebas tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor diluar variabel bebas tersebut. Dari hasil analisis pengolahan data juga didapat faktor risiko kualitas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kontraktor di perusahaan XYZ adalah faktor penerapan manajemen mutu. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh kontraktor sehingga kinerja pekerjaan kontraktor maksimal di lingkungan perusahaan XYZ adalah perencanaan yang baik dalam mensosialisasikan sistem inspeksi dan kontrol, koordinasi yang rutin dengan konsultan dan pemilik proyek, menyelaraskan antar sumber daya dan penggunaan peralatan, dan perhitungan estimasi sesuai dengan metode kerja yang akan dikerjakan. / In the implementation of construction projects are often faced with problems during the project period, both technical and non-technical problems. Risk management is an activity carried out to minimize the risks that might occur. Development in the Green Office Park area owned by PT. XYZ gives confidence to one of the leading contractors in Indonesia and is assisted by other specialist contractors. During the construction of several buildings in this area, quite often there are problems with the quality of work and more or less similar problems in every construction in this area. For example, in the case of pouring concrete, the shape of each building in this area has a curved shape and often the resulting perimeter (end of slab) is not appropriate so efforts are needed to repair it and impact on project time and cost. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors of quality that affecting contractors’ performance , and to know the analysis of these factors in improving the contractors’ performance, the most dominant risk factors and recommendations for improvements that can be done so that the contractors’ work is maximized in the XYZ company. This research is reviewed based on various sources of literature, especially the literature on risk management and quality management achievement of the results of construction. The instrument of this research consists of 5 risk factors of quality, 36 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. This research uses mixed methods and the statistical study approach is processed with SPSS program. The results of this study there are 5 risk factors of quality that affecting contractors’ performance at XYZ Company, there are competence of personnel expertise in construction management, implementation of quality management, availability of equipment, material and working capital, design cannot be implemented, and occupational health and safety. There are 5 variables that affect the contractors’ performance with a value of 0.857. Meaning of 85,7% factor of independent variable influence contractors’ performance while the rest equal to 14,3% relate to factors or other variable not examined in this research. From result of analysis of data processing also got factor that most influential to contractors’ performance in the XYZ Company, that is implementation of quality management factor. This research provides recommendation of improvement to contractors’ performance in the XYZ Company, such as: good planning in socializing the inspection and control system, routine coordination with consultants and project owners, aligning between resources and use of equipment, and estimation calculations in accordance with the work method to be worked on.
