Abstract

In stages of the implementation of the construction of the Multi Purpose Terminal and Supporting Facilities in Kuala Tanjung experienced delays and cost overruns. The complexity of the project, the severe natural conditions of the oceans, the management of material resources, equipment, labor and costs are risks that must be considered in the process of implementing construction. Inaccurate project cost management will negatively impact the project implementation process. Therefore a risk analysis of project implementation costs is needed so that it can be used as a basis for risk mitigation. The objectives of this research are to identify risk factors, analyze risks and describe the impact of cost risks in influencing project performance. Identification of the cost of project implementation costs that have been carried out get the results of 31 risk variables that affect project performance. The cost risks that have the greatest impact on project performance include: mismatch of planning drawings and site conditions, redesign, miss projecting cost flows, inaccurate material selection and termination of work. From the results of the analysis using statistical tests to determine the magnitude of the effect of cost risk on project performance, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.835 or 83.5% indicates that there is an influence of cost risk variables on performance in multi-purpose terminal construction projects and supporting facilities in Kuala. Tanjung. / Beberapa tahap pelaksanaan pembangunan Terminal Multi Purpose dan Fasilitas Pendukung di Kuala Tanjung mengalami kendala keterlambatan dan pembengkakan biaya. Kompleksitas proyek, kondisi alam lautan yang berat, pengelolaan sumber daya material, peralatan , tenaga kerja dan biaya adalah risiko yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pelaksanaan konstruksi tersebut. Pengelolaan biaya proyek yang tidak akurat akan berdampak negatif terhadap proses pelaksanaan proyek. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis risiko biaya pelaksanaan proyek sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam melakukan mitigasi risiko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, menganalisis risiko dan memotret dampak risiko biaya dalam mempengaruhi kinerja proyek. Identifikasi risiko biaya pelaksanaan proyek yang telah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil 31 variabel risiko yang mempengaruhi kinerja proyek. Risiko biaya yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja proyek diantaranya : ketidaksesuaian gambar perencanaan dan kondisi lapangan, perubahan desain, kesalahan dalam memproyeksikan arus dana, pemilihan material yang kurang tepat dan pemberhentian pekerjaan sementara. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh risiko biaya terhadap kinerja proyek , didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square-nya sebesar 0,835 atau 83,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel risiko biaya terhadap kinerja pada proyek pembangunan terminal multi purpose dan fasilitas pendukung di Kuala Tanjung.
