Abstract

Laporan seminar hasil merupakan hasil dari kegiatan dimana pembuatan buku dipresentasikan, bertujuan memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan seminar kepada peserta dan berfokus pada diseminasi informasi dari buku Terminologi Front Office. Presentasi dilakukan melalui platform Zoom Meeting dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan, melibatkan sejumlah peserta yang secara bertahap melihat kegiatan presentasi. Seminar ini didedikasikan untuk memaparkan isi dari buku Terminologi Front Office, dengan tujuan mendapatkan tanggapan konstruktif dari peserta guna penyempurnaan hasil buku tersebut. Hasil seminar mengungkapkan beberapa aspek yang perlu perhatian lebih lanjut. Salah satunya adalah penilaian terhadap cover buku, dimana peserta memberikan masukan bahwa desainnya perlu diperbarui agar lebih sesuai dengan tren saat ini. Beberapa kritik juga terkait dengan istilah-istilah dalam buku yang dianggap kurang jelas, disebabkan oleh kalimat-kalimat yang menggabungkan dua bahasa atau terlalu panjang. Selain itu, hasil seminar menunjukkan bahwa laporan buku perlu ditingkatkan penjelasannya untuk memastikan kelengkapan informasi. Peserta juga memberikan masukan agar latar belakang laporan lebih teliti lagi. Semua tanggapan ini dianggap sangat berharga untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas buku Terminologi Front Office. Langkah-langkah perbaikan ini akan diimplementasikan demi mencapai standar yang lebih tinggi dalam penyusunan materi dan presentasi untuk proyek ini. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari seminar, tim pengembangan buku berkomitmen untuk memperbaiki cover buku agar lebih sesuai dengan tren desain saat ini. Selain itu, mereka akan menyempurnakan penulisan istilah-istilah agar lebih jelas dan terhindar dari kalimat-kalimat yang terlalu panjang. Peningkatan penjelasan dalam laporan buku juga akan menjadi fokus, dengan upaya untuk menyelaraskan latar belakang laporan dengan kebutuhan informasi peserta. Proses penyempurnaan ini akan melibatkan revisi menyeluruh, sehingga buku Terminologi Front Office dapat menjadi sumber referensi yang lebih informatif dan relevan bagi para pembaca./The seminar results report is an outcome of the activity where the creation of the book was presented. It aims to provide an overview of the seminar's implementation to participants, focusing on disseminating information from the Front Office Terminology book. The presentation was conducted through the Zoom Meeting platform with a pre-determined schedule, involving participants who gradually observed the presentation activities. The seminar was dedicated to showcasing the content of the Front Office Terminology book, with the goal of obtaining constructive feedback from participants for the improvement of the book. The results of the seminar revealed several aspects that require further attention. One of them is the evaluation of the book cover, where participants suggested updating the design to align with current trends. Some criticisms were also related to terms in the book perceived as unclear due to sentences combining two languages or being overly lengthy. Additionally, the seminar results indicated a need to enhance the explanations in the book report to ensure the completeness of information. Participants also provided input for a more thorough examination of the report's background. All feedback is considered invaluable for refining and enhancing the quality of the Front Office Terminology book. The development team commits to improving the book cover in line with current design trends. They will also refine the wording of terms for clarity, avoiding overly long sentences. Enhancing the explanations in the book report will be a focus, aligning the background with participants' information needs. This improvement process will involve comprehensive revisions to ensure the Front Office Terminology book becomes a more informative and relevant reference for readers.
