Abstract

Risiko merupakan salah satu hal yang menjadi bagian dalam perusahaan. Risiko yang muncul di dalam sebuah perusahaan harus mampu diidentifikasi dan dikelola dengan baik agar dapat meminimalkan biaya-biaya yang ditanggung perusahaan, selain itu pengelolaan risiko pada proses produksi juga dapat memperbaiki kualitas produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan yang terjadi, serta menghitung ekpektasi biaya akibat kegagalan dengan menggunakan metode FMEA cost based. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, serta penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil pengolahan data dianalisis berdasarkan penilaian severity, occurrence, detection, ekspektasi biaya, serta rekomendasi untuk mengurangi risiko-risiko kegagalan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 18 risiko yang terdapat pada proses produksi perusahaan, dimana lima (5) diantaranya tergolong kritis dan dapat menggangu kualitas produk. Dari lima (5) risiko tersebut dapat diketahui biaya ekspektasi kegagalan yang dialami perusahaan selama tiga bulan terakhir yaitu sebesar Rp. 12.845.900,00. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mengurangi risiko kritis tersebut. / Risk is a part of the company. Emerging risks in a company should be able to be identified and properly managed in order to minimize the costs by the company, in addition to the management of risk in the production process also can improve the quality of products produced by the company. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a method used in this study to identify the risk of failures, as well as calculate the cost expectations due to failure by using cost based FMEA. The data collection was done by using literature, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results were analyzed based on the assessment of data processing severity, occurrence, detection, cost expectations, and recommendations for reducing the risks of failure. The results showed that there 18 risks inherent in the production process of the company, of which five (5) were classified as critical and can interfere with the quality of the product. Of five (5) risks can be known expectation failures cost the company over the last three months is Rp. 12.845.900,00. Therefore, this study makes several recommendations that can be done to reduce the risk of the company is critical.
