Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi sudah menyentuh hampir semua segi kehidupan di masyarakat. Terutama di bidang sistem informasi di dalam perusahaan. Sayangnya beberapa perusahaan kecil masih menggunakan cara manual untuk beberapa pencatatan baik transaksi atau data lainnya, sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya efisiensi dan efektivitas tersebut adalah dengan adanya sebuah sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mempermudah dan mengurangi ketidak telitian yang sering terjadi di suatu bisnis. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem juga dapat membuat suatu alur proses data untuk lebih mudah dipahami, dianalisa, dan disimpan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sebuah aplikasi dapat membangun sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mempermudah untuk mengatur data penjualan, pembelian, retur penjualan, retur pembelian, pembayaran hutang, dan pembayaran piutang. Selain itu dengan adanya aplikasi juga dapat mengurangi kecurangan dan ketidaktelitian pegawai, menampilkan laporan dengan lebih cepat, dapat membatu untuk pengurangan penggunaan kertas, dapat mengetahui hutang dan piutang yang terjadi, dan dapat mengetahui stok barang secara realtime dan mudah. / At this time of technological development has touched almost all aspects of life in society. Especially in the field of information systems within the company. Unfortunately some small companies still use manual for some recording of transactions or other data, that results in inefficiency and uneffectiveness. The solution to these problems is to provide an application that can make it easier and more accuracy in a business. With a system can also create a process flow of data to be easier to understand, analyze, and storing business data. Based on the results of experiments, it can be concluded that this application can make a computerized system. It will make easier to manage the data of sales, purchases, sales returns, purchase returns, payments of debt, and payment of receivables. Applications can also reduce the cheat rate and inaccuracy employee. It can display reports more quickly. It can be reduce the use of paper. It can know payable and receivable that happens. And It can determine the stocks in realtime and easy.
