Abstract

Manusia sebagai mahluk sosial cenderung hidup berkelompok, dan setiap individu memiliki minat yang beragam, terutama dalam menjalankan hobinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamati pola komunikasi kelompok dalam komunitas mobil "Neighborhood Gang" dan bagaimana pola tersebut berkontribusi dalam menjaga solidaritas, terutama mengingat adanya dampak pandemi COVID-19 yang memengaruhi interaksi tatap muka di berbagai komunitas. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi partisipan sebagai data primer, serta melibatkan studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi sebagai data sekunder. Wawancara diarahkan kepada anggota grup dalam komunitas mobil "Neighborhood Gang" dan juga kepada influencer YouTube yang memiliki pengalaman yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi dalam suatu kelompok, terutama dalam konteks komunitas mobil, memainkan peran krusial dalam menjaga solidaritas kelompok tersebut. Pengertian, keterbukaan, dan kejujuran terhadap kelompok menjadi faktor penting untuk membangun pemahaman yang lebih dalam antaranggota, menjaga ikatan emosional, dan mendukung solidaritas kelompok. Meskipun pandemi COVID-19 membatasi pertemuan tatap muka, komunikasi tetap menjadi elemen kunci dalam memelihara hubungan dan solidaritas di dalam komunitas tersebut. / Humans are social creatures who live in groups. Every person has. Different interests in carrying out theire hobbies. In this research the author focuses on how to maintain solidarity in the Neigborhoodgang car community group through communication patterns. The author focused on this research because it was interesting to study considering the Covid-19 pandemic, which had a big impact on all communities that usually gather face to face. The pandemic has greatly affected the solidarity of a group due to drastic differences in ways of communicating. Researchers chose the neighborhoodgang car community also because the community was recently formed and Covid occurred, this is what makes this community interesting to research This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Research data collection was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and participant observation, as well as secondary data in the form of literature studies and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the audience who were directly asked questions to group members and YouTube influencers who had considerable experience. The research results show that communication patterns in a group are very important in maintaining the solidarity of a group. Understanding, openness and honesty towards the group is very important to get to know each other better and also maintain group solidarity.
