Abstract

Fasilitas Tata Letak memainkan peranan penting dalam sebuah sistem produksi. Efisiensi dan efektivitas dapat dicapai, jika aplikasi perancangan tata letak sesuai dengan aturan desain tata letak fasilitas. Perusahaan Roti Matahari Pasuruan adalah pabrik roti yang menggunakan sistem produksi batch production. Perusahaan ini belum melihat peluang keuntungan yang dapat digunakan ketika menerapkan teori tata letak seluruh perusahaan fasilitas. Tata letak yang digunakan menyesuaikan susunan bangunan tua sehingga timbul jalur material yang tidak efisien. Jadi itu perlu untuk merancang ulang-tata letak untuk meminimasi biaya material handling. Ada banyak metode dalam merancang tata letak pabrik, untuk kasus penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sytematic Layout Planing (SLP) dan material handling metode. SLP Prosedur telah banyak digunakan selama dekade terakhir dan telah terbukti menjadi teknik yang berguna dalam pabrik untuk merencanakan secara akademis dan praktis. Perbedaan jarak dan biaya dari berbagai alternatif akan muncul secara kuantitatif. Temuan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua tata letak alternatif mampu memberikan penghematan Rp 4.643.400,40 dan Rp 5.203.201,40 selama satu tahun. / Facilities Layout play a important role in the production system. Eficiency and efectifness can be achieved, if the application in accordance with the layout of the facility layout design rules. Perusahaan Roti Matahari Pasuruan is a bread factory which using batch production metode for the production. This Company is yet to see profit opportunities that can be achieved when applying the theory of the layout planing facility. The plan layout according to the old building. So it is necessary to re-design the layout to minimize the material handling cost. There are many methods in designing plant layout, for this study case was using Systematic Layout Planing (SLP) method and material handling methode. The SLP procedure has been widely used over the last decade and has proven to be a useful technique in the factory to plan academically and practically. The difference in the distance and the cost of the various alternatives appear to be quantitatively. The finding result show that both of the layout alternative can give eficiency Rp 4.643.400,40 and Rp 5.203.201,40 for a year.
