Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta berinteraksi melalui platform digital dan media sosial, masyarakat di era digitalisasi terikat oleh kemampuan untuk menghubungkan seluruh pengguna dari berbagai tempat dengan cepat dan mudah. Melalui perkembangan media digital yang semakin dinamis memunculkan peluang-peluang baru bagi perusahaan startup berbasis media digital yang muncul di era digitalisasi. Salah satunya adalah perusahaan startup Sirclo Commerce yang merupakan e-commerce enabler yang memanfaatkan platform- platform digital bagi para klien untuk meningkatkan transaksi penjualan secara online. Dalam keberlangsungan perusahaan startup penting untuk memanfaatkan media komunikasi baik secara langsung maupun digital agar tujuan dari perusahaan dapat tercapai. Proses kerja sama tim yang efektif memerlukan komunikasi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi digital seperti yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Sirclo Commerce yang memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi video konferensi Google Meet di dalam keberlangsungan pertemuan dan membantu proses kerja sama tim dalam perusahaan. / The use of information and communication technology, as well as interacting through digital platforms and social media, has made society in the digitalization era bound by the ability to connect all users from various places quickly and conveniently. Through the growth of digital media, new opportunities arise for digital media-based startup companies that emerge in the digitalization era. As one of them, startup company Sirclo Commerce is an e-commerce enabler that utilizes digital platforms for clients to increase online sales transactions. In the sustainability of startup companies, it is important to utilize communication media both directly and digitally so that the goals of the company can be achieved. The process of effective teamwork requires effective communication by utilizing digital communication technology such as practiced by the Sirclo Commerce company which maximizes the use of Google Meet video conferencing technology in the continuity of meetings and helps the teamwork process within the company.
