Abstract

MRP adalah sistem pengendalian dan perencanaan persediaan yang bergantung pada permintaan yang menjadwalkan jumlah yang tepat dari semua material yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung produk akhir yang diinginkan. Home industry S.Mr merupakan usaha rumahan yang memproduksi bakpia kacng hijau. Home industry S.Mr belum memiliki perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku dalam menjalankan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas tentang peranan metode MRP dalam penjadwalan pembelian bahan baku dan dibantu dengan metode LFL (lot for lot) dan EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) untuk melihat jumlah pemesanan bahan baku dan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan pembelian selama satu tahun Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kebijakan perusahaan, maka total biaya yang dikeluarkan selama satu tahun adalah sebesar Rp. 19,740,916.00. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode MRP-LFL total biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp. 13,187,408.00. Metode MRP-EOQ mengeluatkan total biaya sebesar Rp. 16,813,183.00. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa metode MRP-LFL mengeluarkan total biaya paling rendah selama satu tahun. / MRP is a planning and inventory control system that relies on the amount of all the materials required to support the produce end product. S.Mr home industry is a home-based business that produces bakpia. S.Mr home industry does not have yet any raw material planning and control. Therefore, this study will investigate the role of MRP method in scheduling the purchase of raw materials supported by LFL method and EOQ method that help us to see raw annual total order of materials and annual purchasing cost. The calculation showed that by using the company’s policy, the total cost incurred in a year was Rp. 19,740,916.00. While using the MRP-LFL method, the total cost was Rp. 13,187,408.00. The total cost by using MRP-EOQ method was Rp. Rp. 16,813,183.00. From the result of these calculations, the method of MRP￾LFL issued the lowest total cost in a year.
