Abstract

PKM atau Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah seseorang, kelompok, atau lembaga berusaha untuk memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pengabdia kepadamasyarakat seringkali terkait dengan pendidikan tinggi dan penelitian, di mana siswa dan akademisi terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dapat menggunakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka untuk membantu memecahkan masalah, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, dan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Warga Kampung Gerendeng Pulo memiliki ketertarikan terhadap ide masak makanan manis yang dapat dibuat di rumah maka dilaksanakan PKM "Pelatihan Pembuatan Dessert Asal Eropa Barat” untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang cara membuat hidangan manis asal Eropa Barat. Terdiri dari dua hidangan manis asal Eropa barat yaitu Praliné dan Rote Grütze, hidangan manis yang dipilih disesuaikan dengan peralatan yangtersedia di tempat pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan memenuhi permasalahan, yakni mencari ide masak hidangan manis dirumah dan ide bisnis masakan manis dengan biaya bahan yang terjangkau. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah agar warga Kampung Gerendeng Pulo dapat menggunakan produk dan layanan yang telah dipelajari, agar dapat memberikan manfaat dan meningkatkan pendapatan wargaKampung Gerendeng Pulo melalui usaha bisnis atau dagang./PKM or Community Service is a person, group, or institution trying to make a positive contribution to society. Community service is often related to higher education and research, where students and academics engage in activities that can use their knowledge and skills to help solve problems, improve well-being, and benefit society as a whole. The residents of Kampung Gerendeng Pulo are iinterested in the idea of cooking sweet foods that can be made at home, so PKM "Training in Making Desserts from Western Europe" was implemented to provide training on how to make sweet dishes from Western Europe. Consisting of two sweet dishes from Western Europe, namely Praliné and Rote Grütze, the sweet dish chosen is adapted to the equipment available at the training location. This training is carried out with the aim of improving the economy and meeting the problem, namely looking for ideas for cooking sweet dishes at home and business ideas for sweet dishes with affordable ingredient costs. Expectations to be achieved is so that the residents of Kampung Gerendeng Pulo can use the products and services that have been studied, so that they can provide benefits and increase the income of the residents of Kampung Gerendeng Pulo through business.
