Abstract

Indonesia terkenal akan kuliner lokal yang dapat ditemukan di hampir setiap daerah dan wilayah indonesia. Makanan lokal merupakan makan yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat setempat sesuai potensi dan kearifan lokal. Ketertarikan akan makanan lokal didorong oleh berbagai isu yang berkaitan dengan masalah lingkungan, etika, kesehatan keberlanjutan dan keinginan untuk mendukung perilaku hidup sehat. Berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan oleh BPS pada bulan Juni 2020 bahwa jumlah kuliner di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 mencapai 11.223. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya hidup sehat masyarakat dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap sikap masyarakat memilih makanan berkonsep locavore. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirancang. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non-probability sampling purposiveness sampling dimana pengambilan sampel terbatas pada beberapa orang tertentu yang dapat memberikan informasi yang diinginkan baik karena mereka yang memenuhi beberapa kriteria yang digunakan oleh peneliti. Peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan 114 responden yang terdiri dari 56% pria dan 44% wanita yang rata-rata berusia 21-25 tahun yang berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek dengan pendidikan terakhir D4/S1. Data kuesioner yang telah dihasilkan kemudian akan dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, kesesuaian model, analisis statistif deskriptif, original sample, T-statistic menggunakan software SMART PLS ver 3.0. Peneliti juga menggunakan Skala Likert 1-6 untuk mempengaruhi konsistensi dan koefisien yang lebih tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji pengaruh dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Gaya Hidup Sehat dan variabel Tanggung Jawab Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sikap Masyarakat Memilih Makanan Berkonsep Locavore / Indonesia is famous for its local cuisine that can be found in almost every region and area in Indonesia. Local food is food that is consumed by local people according to local potential and wisdom. Interest in local food is driven by issues related to environmental concerns, ethics, health sustainability and the desire to support healthy living behaviors. Based on the data released by the BPS in June 2020, the number of culinary businesses in Indonesia in the year 2020 reached 11.223. The purpose of this study is to analyze society's lifestyle and social responsibility on their attitudes towards choosing food products. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach to test the hypothesis that has been designed. Sampling method used in this research is non probability sampling purposiveness sampling where sampling is limited to certain types of people who can provide the desired information either because they meet some criteria used by the researcher. Researchers managed to collect 114 respondents consisting of 56% male and 44% female with an average of 21-25 years old domiciled in the Jabodetabek area with last education of D4/S1. The questioonaire data that has been generated then will be carried out by testing validity, reliability, model suitability, descriptive statistical analysis, original sample, T-statistic using SMART PLS ver 3.0 software. Researchers also used a likert scale 1-6 affect consistency and higher coeffiencents. Based on the results of the influence test, it can be concluded that the Health Consciousness variable and The Social Responsibility variable have a positive and significant effect on the Society's Attitude Towards Choosing Locavore Food.
